Older facility, well maintained, excellent service and food

What a lovely location this hotel has. We'd travelled some distance and had expected, as guests, to be able to book a table for dinner. Alas, no. You had to book a table when booking the hotel! We were kindly booked into a restaurant in Pont L'évêque some miles away and enjoyed that but thought that hotel guests would have the opportunity to dine there!

Had a lovely stay here for three nights. The hotel is in a wonderful location with the dining room looking out over the lake. Breakfast was excellent with a very good buffet selection. Dinner was also very good but sadly the menu did not change whilst we were there, it would have been nice to have had a greater selection over three days. Our room was very nice if minimally but comfortably furnished. The staff were lovely and very helpful and generally spoke English. We had the impression that this hotel really catered for the short stay business trade hence the minimalist furnishings and non changing dinner menu. It would have been nice to have had a lift to the upper floors as the stairs were difficult for those with mobility issues. Having said that we would like to return here.

Chambre double supérieure, Honteux !! A se demander si nous sommes en France ! Eden Park hotel, autant dire Cauchemard Park hotel ! 210€ pour la nuit, pas petit déjeuner, ni même une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, je devrais plutôt dire une mansarde. Si j’avais su, je serais allé dans un formule 1 j’en aurais eu pour mon argent!! Chambre bruyante … En guise de dressing, une simple tringle de 30cm avec 5 cintres…. Armoire et penderie annoncée dans le détail des équipements, mais inexistants ! Fer à repasser et matériel de repassage inexistants !! Wc dans une micro salle de bain ! Chocolats mis à disposition inexistants ! Larmier poussiéreux en guise de fenêtre doté de nidification dans le coffre à volet… En prime Moquette poussiéreuse ! Une véritable publicité mensongère. Superior double room, Shameful!! Makes you wonder if we are in France! If I had known, I would have gone to a Formule 1 hotel, I would have gotten my money's worth!! Noisy room… As a dressing room, a simple 30cm rod with 5 hangers…. Wardrobe announced in the equipment details, but non-existent! Iron and ironing equipment non-existent!! Toilet in a micro bathroom! Chocolates made available non-existent! Dusty drip edge as a window with nesting in the shutter box… As a bonus, dusty carpet! A real false advertisement. Superior Doppelzimmer, beschämend!! Man fragt sich, ob wir in Frankreich sind! Eden Park Hotel, das bedeutet Nigh**are Park Hotel! 210€ für die Nacht, kein Frühstück, nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, ich würde eher sagen, auf dem Dachboden. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, wäre ich in ein Formel-1-Auto gegangen und wäre auf meine Kosten gekommen!! Lautes Zimmer… Als Ankleidezimmer eine einfache 30cm Stange mit 5 Kleiderbügeln…. Kleiderschrank und Garderobe in den Ausstattungsdetails angekündigt, aber nicht vorhanden! Bügeleisen und Bügelzubehör nicht vorhanden!! Toilette in einem Mikrobad! Es gibt keine Pralinen! Verstaubte Tropfkante als Fenster mit Nistkasten im Rollladenkasten… Als Bonus: staubiger Teppich! Eine echte Falschwerbung.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte in una fredda serata invernale, comodo parcheggio, stanze un po’ datate ma nella norma. Devo segnalare il servizio pessimo della ristorazione, perché ho chiamato intorno le h.19 chiedendo di riservare un posto per la cena, purtroppo mi è stato detto che il ristorante era pieno, e non è stato trovata una soluzione per una persona, quindi arrivato alle h.20 e non ho potuto cenare, nonostante la sala ristorante non mi sembrava troppo affolllata. Anche la colazione è migliorabile, ho trovato poca scelta e varietà di prodotti.

Insonorisation à revoir. Problème de clients éméchés en pleine nuit. Petit déjeuner à améliorer sur l amabilité du personnel : il ne faut pas salir les tables et donc mettre un plateau comme dans une cantine. Le dire avec le sourire serait appréciable !

Accueil chaleureux malgré arrivée tardive. Chambre confortable, au calme, equipements impeccables. Petit-déjeuner / buffet copieux avec une superbe vue sur le lac de Pont-Levêque. Egalement pour prendre verre, ou dîner avec vue.

Ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles. Seul l'environnement est top. Chambre petite et mal agencée, pas d'armoire, juste un portant avec 2 cintres! Il ne faut pas y dormir une semaine !.... La chambre mériterait un nettoyage à fond : poussière et saleté sur les prises électriques, toiles d'araignée entre le mur et le porte habits. Petit déjeuner qui ne vaut pas son prix, produits industriels, on aimerait des produits frais régionaux. Dîner décevant. Idem, sûrement pas du fait maison. Enfin n'espérez pas un lit bien fait. On se contente de remettre la couette, et encore à l'envers, tête aux pieds, sans avoir tiré et déplissé le drap du dessous . Bref, Un WE de 3 jours suffit !
