Everything was excellent. Customer service was world class

The breakfast is outstanding. We had Christmas lunch at the hotel restaurant which was also 5 stars. The room was incredible, with beautiful views and decent soundproofing. We had an incredible stay.

Nice hotel and staff. Good breakfast. Great views. Found hotel to be dimly lit and signage could be better. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

It was my second time staying at Octant Ponta Delgada and it was again an amazing stay. The team provided us with everything we needed and where there to help at all times. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent hotel. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. And the facilities are very good. A little out of the way so don’t stay here if you mind a 10 to 15 minute walk to the center of town. But if that doesn’t bother you this is a great place to stay.

Excellent customer service, very clean and comfortable room, gorgeous view, delicious breakfast included, relaxing spa included, awesome location. Perfect ending to a busy sightseeing holiday. I would highly recommend it and I would like to stay there again someday.

The staff and accommodations were incredible. From the pool to the bar/room service and restaurant, everything was great and I heard from multiple guests that they experienced the same and often returned here multiple times. My next time in Ponta Delgada I will for sure be staying here again! Special shout out to Jessica for her friendliness towards our kids every morning at breakfast!

Staff was great. I rented the room a day early so I could land at 6am and get some rest. They were working inside the hotel and jackhammering right up until around three or 4 o’clock. I left earlier than that because I could not deal with it. I went to take a shower before I left and it started to overflow because the drains were clogged so I stop that. You could barely understand the TV because they have it buried in the wall and it echoes upon itself ridiculous. The mirrors going into the bathroom and in the bathroom up against the black shiny tile was definitely a mistake. Stubbed my toes several times. The breakfast was so spread out, trying to find anything was ridiculous.

I am a person who travel a lot with an experience of the 5 stars hotels It was totally disappointed of the staff and how they were unpleasant, wasn’t able to get any help or answer from them, late room cleaning (until 4pm), hot/warm room and lobby temperature, poor service at the restaurant, I can write a full review about this experience, will rate this service as a 3 stars hotel
