Food was good, stay was comfortable the only thing that put me off was 8AM check out. Who in world gets up at 6.30 -7.00 AM to check out at 8AM when you are on your vacation. I had to fight it out to get a late finally I convinced them to check out at 10 AM .

Grubby, noisy, no natural light; this was an awful start to our 6th visit to India and probably the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. The restaurant was however very good. Portion sizes were too large for us but no complaints at all about the quality of food or service.

Ruchi is a nice restaurant to have your meals! They have multi cuisine menu and speciality is Fish. The restaurant also serves alcohol. We enjoyed our dinner after full day of energetic tour of Anda*** island. Sumit who was our attendant serviced us very well.

Ms. Farahnaaz and Mr. Pramo were good at their service. Friendly service, quick and smart at service. Hotel ambience is nice and soothing. We are from Tamil Nadu and loved this hotel stay. Food quality and quantity is good for the pay. Mr. Yam bahadur chef's food making is amazing. Good work team.

Very good service in restaurant. Hotel is placed in the centre of the city. Hotel and Restaurant staff is very helpful. Very polite and professional behaviour of Miss Farah Naaz Mr ***ly. Food is also excellent. We ordered chefs special fish curry and sabji garden, both were excellent .
