コンフォート イン & スイーツ(Comfort Inn & Suites Port Charlotte-Punta Gorda)

Six of us stayed at the hotel and everyone enjoyed it. There were no complaints about the rooms, beds, breakfast, etc. etc., which is unusual. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a fabulous stay.

The hotel seemed to be undergoing construction of some sort and there was another business next door that was under construction. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The room was as expected. It is convenient to the Punta Gorda Airport.

Staff are amazing made sure we were picked up at airport even after our flight was delayed. We got to the hotel at 11:45 pm and were greeted by extremely welcoming staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel room had dirty carpet and didn’t smell clean. There were construction workers that were apparently staying at the hotel that were doing work on the roof. They were loud in the morning as early as 6:00am. The hot tub had leaves, cigarette butts and other trash when we arrived. The pool was full of leaves. I understand that it was very windy that day, but the leaves were still in the pool at the end of the next day. The coffee was very watery and the eggs tasted like the imitation kind. There was not a variety of oa**eal or other items that we’re used to having at other hotels.

Hotel is fine. There was a very strong fruity deodorizer smell in lobby and breakfast area that is not necessary. Remote in fitness area was missing.

Rust on bathroom door frame and handle, paint chipping off as well. Strong odor, similar to a pet shop. Looks clean but the prices don't match the quality of the actual room. Too high of a price for unsatisfactory quality.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfort suites tremendously. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

The room was under maintained. Shower pull up on outlet stuck. Caulking cracked an open. Shower turn on leaked when closed. The rest of the room was good.

Was very nice, but the hot tub was not working for a few days. Staff was very kind. Good breakfast.
