滞在は素晴らしかったです。

This hotel is in a very good location right across the street from the River center Mall and Alamo. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. The only drawback is it’s a little pricey and the fire alarm got accidentally turned on at 7 AM our first morning. The hotel has free coffee, water and tea in your room. There’s also a mini fridge in the room.

Great possibility to stay for a short or long stay. A little walk from the nearest tram stop, but easy to get to. Rooms are clean and fuctional

Went to celebrate Texas Independence Day and The Crockett Hotel did not disappoint! The hotel staff was friendly and the location was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were small but cozy. I love the location as well, there is access to so much around within walking distance. I also loved the smell of the hotel, so much so that I purchased their signature scent room spray when we checked out. Would definitely stay here again.

Construction noise & floodlights outside…bedbugs inside…was told I couldn’t get a refund because I booked w *******

The only thing that is bad is the valet parking, in desperate need of more people. There is only one person and because of that long wait

We loved the Crockett hotel! It has so much charm, character and history. Right beside the Alamo and it honestly seems like an extension of the Alamo with historic artifacts, pictures and information. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel tavern/restaurant is a great place to eat and listen to live music in the evening. The food was wonderful. Crockett hotel has a very unique ambiance. . We highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the hotel and area overall. The biggest issue was the bsthtoom. It took almost 5 hours after I called the front desk (2x) to get a shower curtain. By then needing a shower I had the entire bathroom forked and used most of the towel up soak up the water. The toilet do is not flush good. Every time took 2 flushes and the water kept running into the bowl.

We got an awesome room, 508, a delux king! Didn’t expect it to be a suite size! Really enjoyed our stay!

Very friendly staff, clean room and the Crockett Tavern had great food and friendly service. If I ever stay again, I would request a room that does not face the common/lobby area within the hotel. It's noisy with guests coming in and out and the live music from the tavern goes until 11 pm. So id a good night sleep is important, request a room that does share that common area. That's my only complaint. I was in San Antonio for a business conference, so it was just a 5 minute walk to the convention center.

Crockett Hotel is a very nice place to stay. I will return with friends. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

I loved the look of the hotel. The staff were all so helpful and the food at the tavern was amazing as well.
