Hemos estado genial en el hotel, la gente de recepción muy agradable. El agua de la piscina climatizada estaba muy fría y no nos pudimos bañar agusto

We stayed here in September as a family with our two year old daughter. Whilst the hotel and facilities were good and clean. The food fell way short of our expectations. On one evening we were served raw chicken at the buffet restaurant as you can see from the picture, this was not just undercooked but was completely raw. We highlighted this to the staff in the restaurant, and they walked away from us to speak to the chef, and only returned to remove my plate when they saw us taking photos of this. No apology was given this evening. The next morning, we tried the buffet restaurant again, and when we went to cut up our daughters sausage, this was also found to be raw. This is not the standard of food we expect for a 4* hotel. We raised this issue with the restaurant on both occasions, and no apology was provided nor any reassurance to the food standards and quality. Deeply dissatisfied with our holiday as a result, neither the hotel or package holiday company offered any sort of resolution.

A great base for cycling with great facilities. Good food especially breakfast. Close to beach and pools to train in or relax.

We stayed at the hotel in April 2024 2 of our party had bites which we belive are bed bugs No cleaning provided on our 4 day stay and no clean sheets provided Would not recommend staying here

Great staff. Great location. The facilities are also very good. Food was OK, just not outstanding. I've stayed at more than ten other properties on the island over the past few years, six in the Alcudia area. The Zafiro Tropic was broadly similar to the others in the area and isn't well differentiated. For me, the buffet food wasn't as good as some others. The Tropic also doesn't appear to offer (on this occasion) the same value as others I've stayed in. I don't think I'll stay here next time.

Traveling with two parents and two children, age 4 and age 8. ✅ Knowledgeable and helpful reception staff. ✅Kids club and all of the entertainers were absolutely amazing! So attentive with the children, full of energy and strived to make everything fun. ✅We spent a lot of time at the kids pool. It's a splash pool 30cm deep with a pirate ship and slides. Perfect for little ones with lots of sun loungers around it. It's right next to the excellent play park which has a sunken trampoline and a bouncy castle. We also enjoyed playing the onsite mini golf. ✅Lots of choice in the buffet breakfast and dinner (we didn't have lunch in the restaurant). There was something the whole family enjoyed every evening. ✅ Restaurant manager and their staff were very considerate and kind ✅ We had a 5th floor room so no noise from above us which was excellent. We were facing the main road which wasn't noisy at that level. ✅Spacious room with lots of storage. The room was clean on our arrival and attended very well throughout our stay. ✅Built in clothes hanger in balcony is a brilliant idea! I did bring my own clothes hanger also for drying. ✅2x single beds pushed together to make super king bed instead of double or king. The pull out bed in the lounge actually pulls up onto legs. So it can be used as a pushed together double or 2 separate singles. Perfect for our children. ✅The bubble pool was lots of fun. Adults and children allowed to use it. Next to that was a long pool to swim with a shallow bit at the end. There is also an oasis 18+ only with lots of comfortable loungers around it. The indoor pool and spa was lovely. Children are allowed in the indoor pool also. Overall we had a fantastic stay here and are already looking into booking for next year

The hotel is in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do and see in and around Alcudia, the beach and the marina area. The choice of food at all our meals was excellent. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, every part of the hotel is spotless, including our room.

Definitely not 4 star hotel, more between 2-3 starts, very tiny pool for the kids, no entertainments, only bingo every night, rooms very small, not too clean, sofa beds pulls out only one half so you sleep on the floor, hotel floors were very slippery, unsupervised kids running around the pools and hotel, and bullying other children around the pool and at the football clubs , as their parents resting at the adult pool, that shouldn’t have been allowed!!!once reported to the receptionist actions were taken, however kids were still following us and my children!!!! Holidays already were ruined by this atmosphere, hotel was not able to order taxi to the airport, sent us to the road- 10 minutes walk with kids and suitcases, never came across something as this, definitely not at the 4 starts hotel!!!I’ve always wanted to come to this hotel but unfortunately it was huge disappointment, definitely wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be returning here.

Hotel is a bit worn looking, could do with a good painting on the outside. Family rooms not the biggest, no food bowls provided or iron. Balcony was not the cleanest. Food on offer in the buffet is limited and of cheap quality. Noodles were cold. Plenty of pools, however, the lane pool gets taken over by lane swimmers so there is limited access. There is a nice large pool for adults only with large sun loungers. Indoor pool was not that warm. Childrens play area could do with a revamp. Issue with overhead shower not fixed until day 5 of our stay despite several requests. Bit of a drain smell in room for a couple of days. Reception should take guests phone number and give an update rather than the guest ask for an update each day. Location of hotel is close to beach and plenty of shops close by. There is also a good shop onsite as well. Old town Alcudia is closeby and is very attractive. Short taxi ride away. Also, their adverts are a bit misleading. They show families using the inflated ball in one of the pools. However, when we were there, no adults were permitted on this. Barkitchen staff and cleaners were very nice to deal with. Use of onsite laundry facilities is a handy option.
