The overall experience is very good. The environment, the food and the staff are nice except for kit, e.g. toothbrush is out of stock.

호텔 시설은 좋았지만 배드버그가 있었습다. 방을 바꾸어 주었만 원래 예약했던 투베드룸보다 작은 방을 주었으며, 투베드룸으로 다시 바꾸어 주겠다고 이야기 했지만 다시 바꾸어주지 않았습니다. 호텔측으로 부터 아무런 사과도 받지 못하였으며, 어디서 벌레가 들어온건지 모르겠다는 말만 들었습니다. There was a bedbug in the room. Hotel directly change the room but it was smaller than I booked. We didn't have any apologies from the hotel.

酒店內不錯，出外有點不方便。早晚橋會關閉，要等班車。

The hotel is old and dirty. We have to carry our luggage by stairs because elevator was broken and there’s only on front desk staff at the reception. We found blood stains on the bed sheets and experienced power outage during our stay. We left after the first night and they won’t refund the second night after all these happened. Please reconsider before you book

I visited Le Sufren restaurant without a reservation, and Mr. Deeraj kindly arranged a lovely table with a stunning view. The food was not only delicious but also well-presented and explained by the attentive staff. Throughout the meal, the waiters ensured everything met our satisfaction, regularly checking if we needed anything. Additionally, the friendly receptionist added to the positive experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Good food, good service. Will be back again soon Nilen has been great to us n we had a great experience. ITALIAN buffet is a great hit. The fresh Italian meat n cheese selection is just wooow. Highly recommended. ...........................

Amazed by the great experience we had at Le Suffren, clean and great set up, delightful and professional staff. Excellent varieties of food at Pomme de Mat. Special mention to Mr Atish who was very helpful and welcoming. Even the Spa was very cozy and relaxing. 100% recommend, very nice spot.

A great hotel with a great restaurant and staff. I am here for business long-term and the restaurant staff are all fantastic and make me feel right at home. The food is always good - and the buffets they have are a great treat! The gym and spa are great too!

I have rated a 5 star because of 2 marvellous enployees Samir and Sailesh from the restaurant (Pomme de Mat and Sushi Quay) were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable during the day package with my family. Ranging from their welcoming, talking and giving us all the info that we required and most importantly always maintaining a beautiful on their face make them commendable employees for Suffren hotel. Honestly, as it is said employees are the asset to a firm and if they do not project a positive a**ostphere and make customers feel sovereign, then whats the use?! But Samir and Sailesh have not only gone beyond out expectations but have also made us want to visit the hotel again. I strongly believe that Samir and Sailesh need to be promoted to a higher position. Very well done both!!!!!!!
