You just can’t beat the location and views. However, I was not expecting the staff to be so lovely! We arrived early and they arranged our room right away and brought us welcome drinks while we waited. To our pleasant surprise the staff set up an ice bucket with complimentary wine and a personalized note. I loved this little touch! The bed is firm but comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary parking and breakfast. All in all, this stay was really a dream come true.

Très bel hôtel, accueil formidable ainsi que le personne s'occupant du petit-déjeuner très très sympathiques, le petit-déjeuner complet et de très bonne qualité. Piscine chauffée formidable ainsi que le hammam, le sauna et le jacuzzi !! Tout était parfait pour un séjour idéal, restaurants à proximité ou bien même celui de l'hôtel. Et chambre évidemment magnifique !!!

We never stayed in the hotel, so can't comment on that. However my sisters snd I wanted a coffee. We went upstairs as wanted to be inside, rather than out. We went to the counter and was rudely told to sit down, counter was only for paying. We saw a young guy, who was waiting on tables. We asked him where we could sit, stating quite clearly that we only wanted coffee. We sat where HE TOLD US TO. After around 15 mins an old guy came up with menus, we again stated that we only wanted coffee, not something to eat. He was extremely rude to us. Told us in no uncertain terms to, basically piss off and if we wanted coffee to go downstairs and sit outside. We told our tour guide, who directed us elsewhere, where we were made very welcome.

Great Place. Hotel was nice, beds very comfortable, utilities in a room is great. Staff members are very polite and very welcoming. We have been greeted with a special homemade cocktail with complementary Champaign, and on our leave we received a good buy present of homemade jam. The breakfast was very fresh and great. They have got parking available. In general i really enjoyed my stay and would defo recommend this hotel!!
