ポーツマスのバー付きホテル

部屋は素敵で、不満はありませんでした。しかし、朝食は完全にひどいものでした。ウェイターやウェイトレスが、明らかに携帯電話や飲み物を使っている人たちのテーブルに人を座らせようとしていました。私たちは午前 9 時に行き、朝食は 10:30 に終了することを考えると、良い選択肢があるだろうと期待していましたが、違いました。私たちが上階に行ったとき、豆ベーコンはなく、ソーセージが数個、スクランブルエッグはほとんど残っておらず、トースターのそばにスライスされたパンはありませんでした。

Nice hotel，good location，many restaurants nearby，and close to Portsmouth & Southsea station. Very nice staff，especially Hasan！Very enthusiastic and friendly！When we go back to the hotel，he always say hello to us. We feel so happy and warm. In other words，in Chinese we call it “宾至如归”. The meaning of “宾至如归” is guests feel at home. Thank you so much!

Helpful and polite staff. Very big double room. Spacious and comfortable and clean room. Easily accessible location of the hotel.

Breakfast was decent and I had a nice meal in the evening where the Chef accommodated my requests. Room was comfortable and I would stay again if I'm in Portsmouth.

Shopping trip to Portsmouth so it was convenient to stay at the hotel exactly within the outlet premises. Bed was comfy, bathroom all okay. No complaints and would definitely stay again.

Much as I like village Hotels I wish right across the country they would train bar staff to be more attentive Because of the design of the bar they more often than not serve people approaching from reception when people have been waiting on the other side of the bar First world problem but universally annoying

Best described as a quirky hotel. Rooms were ok; definitely three star.Clean but not for you if you're looking for modern up to date decor or amenities. No iron, hairdryer or mini bar in the rooms. Excellent Japanese food served in dining room or there's a more traditional menu.
