The Mercure Hotel Potsdam Cityで3泊以上10泊以上を過ごすと、趣のあるホテルと言わざるを得ません。ドイツの退職者には特に気に入っているようで、朝食エリアは日常的に満室です。ホテルは清潔で信頼性が高く、駐車場は適切にサイズが付けられず、駐車場は保証されておらず、時々忙しいです。顧客サービスは最善を尽くします、私はチェックインスタッフに私のホテルの部屋番号を大声で叫ばないように数回言わなければなりませんでした(安全目的)。私は彼らがよく意味していることを知っています。私はいつもトップクラスの顧客として認識されています!

Ich bin häufiger aus dienstlichen Gründen unterwegs und habe daher schon zahlreiche Hotels in Potsdam testen können. Da die Hotels, die ich gewöhnlich immer buche, bereits ausgebucht waren, bin ich auf dieses relativ neue Holiday Inn gestoßen. Egal wie schön das Hotel und das Zimmer gewesen sind, ein Umstand hat es für mich zu einem Höllentrip gemacht. Es kommt keine Luft ins Zimmer, das kleine Klappfenster bringt gar nichts… die Temperatur bekommt man damit im Zimmer nicht gesenkt. Die Klimaanlage war deaktiviert. Laut Info von der Rezeption richtet sie sich an die Außentemperatur, ob sie im Haus aktiv ist oder nicht. Vielleicht sollte man dafür sorgen, dass sie sich an die Zimmertemperatur richtet. Das Fenster nicht ganz oder gar nicht in Hotels zu öffnen sind, ist ein Umstand, der mir bekannt ist, aber dann ist immer eine aktive Klimaanlage vorhanden, mit der ich meine gewünschte Zimmertemperatur regeln kann. Ich musste sogar die Zimmertüre längere Zeit geöffnet halten, damit ich ein klein wenig Luftbewegung erzeugen konnte. Vom Frühstücksraum, viel zu klein und der aus allen Nähten platzt, wenn man zu einer ungünstigen Zeit dort auftaucht, gar nicht zu reden. Das erste Hotel, dass sogar Empfehlungen ausspricht, wann man zum Frühstück gehen soll. Ist das eigentlich nicht Sache des Gastes, wann er sein Frühstück zu sich nehmen möchte? Also die Sache mit dem Klima im Zimmer ist für mich der ausschlaggebende Grund, nie wieder hier zu buchen. Habe mich maximal unwohl gefühlt und konnte kaum schlafen wegen dieser Luft. P.S. Wenn auf der Website mit klimatisierten Räumen geworben wird, dann sollte das auch immer so sein und dem Gast überlassen werden, ob er sie nutzen möchte oder nicht und nicht eine Entscheidung des Hotels sein.

I recently stayed at Niu and had a wonderful experience. The location was convenient, and the hotel offered excellent amenities. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend Niu for a pleasant stay.

Das Hotel Maxx ist sehr gut gelegen. Man wohnt sehr zentral und ist durch die kostenlose Nutzung von Bus und Straßenbahn sehr mobil. Frühstück war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht. Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Gründlichkeit der Zimmereinigung. Die Bettdecken lagen seltsam auf einem Haufen. Gesaugt wurde auch nicht. Dann wurde uns ein kleines Handtuch weggenommen und auch die Duschvorlage fehlte. Da sollte den jungen Männern mal gezeigt werden, wie der deutsche Standard einer Zimmerreinigung ist. Ansonsten waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

I booked this hotel for my husbands birthday and foolishly was taken in by the ”superior double” room as advertised on the website, allegedly there were tea/coffee making facilities and it boasted a wonderful view of the river. This hotel was poor, extremely poor, our room was awful ....... if you hung your head out of the window you could just about see the mosquito filled river. The following day I asked at reception about the ”superior double” room and that it did not fulfill our expectations only to be told (by an extremely unhelpful man) that the website was wrong and he asked me to show him which website stated the benefits of ”superior double rooms”, as it happened it was the HRG website (allegedly they are part of the group), although this clearly isn't advertised at the hotel, once can only assume that the hotel is that poor that HRG are now looking at losing this hotel within their chain. The food was poor, hot food wasn't hot and consisted of sausages and rubbery eggs which were freezing, although on a positive the vanilla yoghurt was lovely. I can't NOT recommend the hotel strongly enough ..... and don't even get me started on the closest train station which was scary to say the least. We did a bus tour around Potsdam and there are some lovely parts of it, overall our 4 night stay in Germany was poor, unhelpful staff, rude and unhelpful people, a note to travelers thinking of going, you have to pay to pee everywhere, lots of restaurants don't even have toilets and those which do will charge you 1 Euro, a lot of the self service toilets don't work and so you have to go to an awful toilet manned by a poor child (who clearly isn't happy doing his job)!!! On a positive and that's the only positive I can say about the hotel is that on the day of our checkout (note for the hotel staff) which was 6.30am on Monday 17th June when we were panicking about catching a train we were met by a helpful young man on your reception desk who understood that we were in a rush and so didn't ask us for any payment/further details (as we'd pre booked in advance) who we then met at the station having missed our train to the airport (as the trains from Charlottenof are erratic) he was extremely helpful and advised us we'd missed the train and did everything he could to ensure we caught the correct train (on the correct platform) an hour later, he even made sure we got a seat on the train (as my husband is walks with a stick), I cannot thank him enough and I hope that the hotel staff reading this review pass on our thanks to him, rather than posting an bog standard review thanking us for reviewing. Vienna House needs to post more honest pictures and not just sofa shots. An extremely poor hotel, please think seriously before booking, my advice .... DON'T BOTHER!!!!

ホテルは大きく、会議型で、設備も充実しています。湖のほとりにあり、近くの道端に無料で駐車できます。 ホテルは少し離れていて、車で数分のところに中華料理店があり、私は10分から20分過ぎて歩いた。

Leider hat das Hotel die besten Jahre hinter sich. Putzfrauen können sich scheinbar nicht bücken und strecken. Und mangelnder Service wird mit fehlendem Personal entschuldigt. Nach kurzem Regenguss und anschließend wieder schönem Wetter wird der Außenbereich nicht mehr betrieben. (Aussage: kein Personal, um Stühle abzuwischen) Das wenige Personal ist dennoch größtenteils sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen ... naja....Für diese Preiskategorie darf man eigentlich etwas anderes erwarten. Großmarktwurst und jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot zum Frühstück lassen die Lust auf einen tollen Tagesstart schnell vergehen. Insgesamt sehr schade, dass man den Eindruck hat, dass dieses Objekt langsam vor die Hunde geht. Zu guter Letzt....Das Buchen eines Zimmers über irgendwelche Onlineanbieter (man bekommt beim Anrufen im Hotel die Auskunft, dass Direktbuchung nicht möglich sei) führt zu extremen Preisen. 240€ für eine Nacht, mit einem Frühstück, welches wirklich zu Wünschen übrig lässt, ist letztlich nur noch traurig.

Das Hotel entpuppt sich als kleine Perle am Rande von Potsdam. Wir waren sehr erstaunt über ein 60 m² großes Zimmer! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen da ist eine direkte Autobahnanbindung sowie eine Haltestelle der Bahn vor der Tür hat. Wir merken es uns!
