Staff was wonderful - Very accommodating! The renovations are almost done. Rooms are clean and very modern. Will definitely stay again!

舊，不能入住

When i got there they tried to chRge me even though I already paid through *******. They had no record of me paying. Luckily I am organized and had documents. It said they had room service. NO room service. NO coffee for guests in the lobby. Now to the restaurant. A total disaster. We got there at 545 pm. Only 2 tables seated. We ordered water and our meals. Asked 3 times for water. It never came. Husband went to the lobby store and bought 2. Our meal didnt come until 7:10. I will say it was good but we had to hurry and eat as we had a show to attend at 8pm. Since it was the only place to eat around there we went back for breakfast. We ordered and again waited for an hour for our breakfast. But this time it never came. Our waiter came back and said....i need to take your order again....the other waiter gave it to another table and they ate it! THEY ATE OUR BREAKFAST! We left...very angry. When we checked out and I told the desk ladies, they did not care!

Property was recently bought by Hilton and is going through a much needed renovation. We had a newly renovated room which was large, clean, and had comfy beds. However, the lobby, elevator and hallways are dreary and beat up. The breakfast buffet was one of the worst I’ve ever had in terms of taste and selection. Front desk clerk was unprofessional. One bright spot was the complementary fresh baked chocolate chip cookies near the front desk. Neighborhood is sketchy. Wouldn’t walk around there at night, although really no reason to.

Service was the only issue. In the restaurant it was exceptional, but the front desk left much customer service to be desired. Blamed everything on the computer switchover, but offered nothing to compensate taking 10 to get a 2nd key, nor when we were locked out after breakfast because the (3) keys we received no longer worked after 1st use

The rooms were good, clean fresh. The outer halls of the lobby were under construction apparently, but they could’ve use some tidying up.

We stayed there December 7,8and 9. We woke up to no hot water, when they came to room they said because of where room was located it took time for water to get there, 25 MINUTES!!! Thry were very aware of this problem and said even with renovations this was going to continue to happen because pipes weren't changed. They did nothing to compensate. Also, there was an open electric box and broken hanging light that my friend hit his head on to garage, very unsafe! Expectation of a hotel is clean, and HOT WATER. If you’re staying here you should set your alarm for 25 minutes early to assure you have a hot shower!! I don’t recommend!

Throughout my stay, EVERY single employee was professional, friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the housekeepers and everyone in between. Although it is the process of being renovated, i was not inconvenienced in any way. Also, the location of this hotel is especially conveniently located near the Poughkeepsie Metro North/Amtrak station.

Our room was cold because there was a problem with the heat, hours later they “fixed it” but it got so hot and we couldn’t turn it down. I had to open the door at 2:30am to let some of the heat out and the front desk had to tell me how to turn it completely off over the phone.
