Nice hotel and rooms very comfortable. The only issue is the huge traffic jam every morning to get out of the area.

Very noisy rooms, but the hotel is ok. Habitaciones muy ruidosas. Los servicios en el hotel son buenos!

I liked the staff, everyone I encountered from housekeeping, to breakfast andat the bar were polite, helpful and welcoming.

Nice open common area with adjacent bar where people socializing in the evening. Quite pleasant ☺️

This hotel was a good place to overnight near to the airport at the end of our Costa Rica trip. With no traffic early in the morning, the drive took 15 minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was good and the pool was clean and nice. The room was clean and spacious and beds were comfortable! It’s located in a high traffic, busy area but parking was secure and it wasn’t a bother from inside the hotel. You can cross the street via a walking bridge to access a nearby open air mall and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Would stay again but do watch out for traffic depending on when your flight is if that is a concern for you.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and there were plenty of food options within walking distance.

We were unable to come as husband had massive heart attack and doc would not let him fly or go to place with out medical care if any thing happen. Even with all this and doc letter they would not give us back money we paid. This was the 4th time we were staying in an Aloft hotel. It will be the last

I liked the location for its dining options. I didn't like the Hotel Its gives more of a Motel feeling than a hotel and the pool was not working
