I am going to break this down in to sections so it will make it easier to see how each section rates.
Location: This hotel is located in the prefect spot, right by the Charles Bridge which really is the hub to everywhere, be it by foot or by car. We were able to get old town square/Old town or even Josefov and lesser town in about 15/30 minutes by foot and when an Uber was needed it was generally around $6(USD).
Staffing: The hotel staff was very responsive and very friendly, couldn’t have been nicer. Easy to deal with from registration, housekeeping, bar or restaurant.
Food and Drink: The bar area was ok and bartender was very good, it was quiet and comfortable but if you’re looking for a Czech beer, wine or mixed drink then expect to pay like you’re in a 4 seasons Hotel and not the Czech Republic. Didn’t eat at the Restaurant but did have a meal outside for Breakfast. This I must say was very good especially the Poached Egg and then the Seabass. This I would recommend if you’re having a light breakfast.
Room: The room was wonderful and very comfortable with a great view of the Prague Castle and Charles Bridge.
Cost: $$$$$
I would recommend this hotel is you want to be close to everything, be pampered and enjoy your visit but be ready to pay way above average prices for most of the other hotels in the area but if money is no object then you can’t go wrong with this location. Staff, and food.
