Excellent hotel I enjoyed it very much

酒店環境舒服，十分方便，new town 和old town 都很近只需十多分。基本上去所以必去的景點都不需用交通工具。

한국인 후기가 거의 없어서 걱정했는데 직원분도 친절하고 깔끔해서 맘에 들었음 프라하역에서 도보로 한 10분정도 거리고 한블럭만 걸어가면 바츨라프광장이 나오고 조금더 걸어가면 유명한 환전소도 있음 싱글룸이지만 방크기가 작지않아서 답답하지 않음 29인치캐리어 다 펼쳐놔도 아주 널널함 다만…. 냉장고 기능이 좀 약함 냉장고 기능이 약한거빼곤 다 괜찮음 예약할때 조식이 포함이였는데 조식도 깔끔하니 좋았음

Had a really good stay there. Good price, Close to old town, tried the massage in the room and it was good. The blanket could be bigger, but it was ok. Didnt ask for a bigger one. Breakfast was just fine. Staff was nice ! They gave me good advices. I think olivia welcomzd me in the hotel.

Quite a strange arrival to the hotel, we could not get in the doors, after repeatedly ringing the bell we went outside and found a window. we saw the receptionist man was sleeping. After banging on the windows he let us inside however on check in he seemed very dazed and appeared to be falling asleep again. A little concerned for his welfare, we tried to make small talk and suggest he has a drink and something to eat. He seemed to wake up but was very abrupt in his tone. We wondered where on earth we had visited. However, on arrival to our room it was lovely, spacious and clean. The street was very noisy but the double windows did an exceptional job of keeping out the noise. Breakfast was okay, the staff at breakfast said hello and goodbye. The location was great, walkable to old town and new town areas.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Jan 2023. Double Room. Nice bed. Reasonable size room. Nice Bathroom/Shower. 10 min walk from Wenceslas Square. Probably try another hotel when I visit again but would have no problem recommending this one.

Today, me and my family had a bad luck walking in and requiring room availability at this hotel. Absolutely uneducated and aggressive women at the reception, which was chilling on the sofa with her friends, informed us that it's not possible even though on the *********** there is available room. I told her that I'm going to book and pay though web-side, but would like to see the room first, reception requiring such an easy request, saying that she is busy and I'm not tired enough, people who need to rest doesn't require normally to check the facilities. Unfortunately embarrassing, humiliating behaviour, unprofessional attitude, I really hope general manager or owner with read this review. Please engage the right people for hospitality business, I'm travelling a lot and first time in my life I had such an experience.

We arrived today. First of all It's long weekend, and long weekend for Polish it's important tome and Prague is awsome destination. Till this Day. When we arrived there is no parking space. What...? It's hotel which U Pay about 2600 Cech Crowns per night. Which I think is not the chepeast. If U don't have parking lot U should Tell it. We could book parking somwhere else. When We arrived at 3 p.m. there Was one person at reception and checking in lasted about 45 minutes. And Now the most important during booking via *********** the price Was 1040 Euro for all reservation and it Was guaranted by booking and the amonut deducted from credit card Was 1140. I understand currency Exchange difference. But 100 Euro!!!!!!. WHATTTT!!!. And the employee at the reception said to US he can't change anything. And We should come on Monday and talk to the Owners of the Hotel. And I promise U We will, and the most sad thing is We came here 4 our father 70 birthday and it's his first visit to Prague. And I think it is Our last time. Next 4 family meeting We will definiately choose other destination. Of course Prague is still beautiful City and We Love it. But Hotel and First impresion is ....? We R really sad.

The Hotel is very centrally located. Kept very clean, easy entry at any time, very polite and friendly staff and excellent food.
