Excellent location, hotel staff very helpful and friendly. I've a visual impairment but the hotel was very inclusive and I was made to feel welcome. Will stay here again if I visit Prague. Thank you

I booked this hotel via ********** for 14 guests from 9 to 14 May 2024 for the ice hockey World Championships; 6 rooms for the period, and reserved in August 2023. Inexplicably I received messages yesterday telling me that all the rooms had been cancelled because “of an error processing my payment”. I had made the reservation and guaranteed the booking using a perfectly valid credit card, on the basis we would pay on arrival. Previously where this has happened, I understand other hotels contact the person requesting an alternative method of payment. In addition, strangely the note was sent to me in Russian. I have emailed the hotel and had no reply. In addition there is no answer to their telephone, with an answerphone message continuously leaving a message “we are speaking now, hold on please”. With many hotels now fully booked for this period, we frustratingly now have to find somewhere else. I would urge anyone to use caution booking this hotel.

Pretty noisy area at tram crossroad. Old windows, not totally clean toilet. Breakfast very good!

A relatively cheap hotel in a perfect location. Two tram lines and a subway right behind the hotel and if you choose to walk, it takes about 7 minutes to Waclavske Namesti, the main street, leading to the centre. The hotel serves good breakfast with a big choice of food. A few things did bother me, however. The wardrobe did not have any shelves so there was no place in the room to put your clothes, the mini bar was empty and the bathroom could have been cleaner. It is a decent hotel but definitely not a four-star hotel!

Too hot, no air conditioning, busted bulb in bathroom. No land line phone, there is but no place to plug.

Good location. But that’s about it. Creaky beds, extremely hard beds, cleaning staff is whipped by the others and working way to hard. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Coffee was bad, the only good thing was the locations and the man with glasses in the reception. We had blood in the bed when we arrived but they fixed that, no ac. It’s a cheap hotel but it’s not 4 stars. No way. 2 stars, maybe 3 at best.

The lack of air conditioning was disappointing, even though it was promised on the hotel's website.

Good location, many restaurants/pubs and supermakets close to the hotel. Friendly and helpfull straff. Close to public transportations metro and tram. 10 minutes walk to the biggest shopping street and 20-25 walk to old town square and charles bridge. Many winebars in the area wich are definatly worth to try!
