Small, nice and elegant hotel very close to the ferry. The food is great, both dinner and breakfast, pool area is clean and stylish. Coffee is also very good and the hotel vibe is quiet and cool. Room and bathroom are on the smaller side, but still very nice, and the bed was comfy. The beach is in front of the hotel and the hotel has a few beach beds and some umbrellas, which is great. Parking is also conveniently close. Staff is kind. We will be back gladly.

The hotel is located on a quiet part of the island Preko. It has a private parking lot that is protected by a code. Also, entry to the hotel is only allowed to hotel guests who check in using a special code. Hotel is beautiful, a combination of modern and traditional architecture. Cleanliness and service are excellent. There is a swimming pool with sea water in the hotel complex. The sea is only 10 meters from the hotel and has its own private access to the sea

You arrive after a long journey in front of the hotel - the gate is closed - the reception lady not motivated. No welcome drink, nothing. The room is around 15m2 - and we booked a superior room in a 4 stars hotel! Everything is a little bit like we would be a design hotel… but be honest - it isn‘t! Sunbeds are cheap, privat beach is sooo small we didnt find a place there during our stay. And the best: in the end I ask the unmotivated reception girl if I should give her a feedback directly not on social plattforms - because I‘m working in this business and know how important feedbacks are - her answer: no! Wooow… what a hotel.. CHF 300 per night with thus experience - never again!

Es handelt sich um ein noch recht neues und frisch renoviertes Haus in unmittelbarerer Strandnähe. Wir wurden beim Check in sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten von der immer sehr bemühten Managerin zahlreiche nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Unser Zimmer im EG war recht klein, so dass wir dankbar für die mit gebuchte Terrasse waren. Die Matratze war perfekt und angenehm fest. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist topp. Unsere Anregungen bzw. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Wenn das Restaurant geschlossen ist, was um Ostern herum noch der Fall war, bitte wenigstens Getränke und Snacks gegen Entgelt anbieten. Ein Supermarkt ist zwar ganz nah, aber das Geschäft möchte doch das Hotel machen? Eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer sollte bei einem Vier-Sterne-Haus nicht fehlen und die Minibar sollte voll sein. Die Sauna am Pool ist schön, allerdings muss man zum Duschen aufs Zimmer. Die Zimmerreinigung sollte verbessert werden und zeitlich früher erfolgen. Die Duschkabine war oft noch voller Tropfen, Tassen ungereinigt. Dass die Rezeption oft mehrere Stunden nicht besetzt ist, sollte kommuniziert werden. Das geht bei vier Sternen einfach nicht. Die Managerin reagiert aber immer sehr schnell auf Rückfragen. Die Anlage hat aber auf jeden Fall Potenzial, wenn man dem Kunden nicht nur die Unterkunft anbieten würde, sondern ein paar angenehme Viersterneservices. Vorliegender Eindruck stammt aus der Vorsaison. Im Sommer, mit mehr Gästen und Personal sowie geöffneter Gastro schaut es sicher anders aus.

Luxuriöses, kleines und wunderschönes 4 Sterne Hotel. Haben erste im Mai 2022 aufgesperrt. Sehr familiäres und sehr bemühtes Personal, da es nicht groß ist. Schätze so um die 16 Doppelzimmer. Super Stil, mega Pool, direkter Strand. Entspannung und Ruhe pur. Wohlfühlfaktor 1.000% StarRocket zertifiziert!
