I have yet to complete my stay. However, felt compelled to express my utter dissatisfaction and horrible experience thus far at this hotel. First, upon entering my room I immediately noticed the carpet was not vacuumed as it had pieces of trash throughout the room. It also appears as though the carpet has never been shampooed or steamed cleaned as the carpets are extremely dingy. The bedding/linen were grossly dirty ( I have a video) to support. I went downstairs to express and show the front desk. I was offered another room, when I went to check the linen in the other room it was just as bad as my initial room. Room has two televisions and neither one worked, the iron is broken. On the third night I tried to enter my room (with dinner in hand) and key card didn’t work. I went and got a replacement and that card didn’t work either. I went back downstairs to tell front desk that my card didn’t work. The gentlemen asked for me to go up with him, I told him I wanted to eat my food first because it was already getting cold. We sat down in the lobby to eat and was immediately told we couldn’t. This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It should be considered a motel because that’s the way they operate. I would never recommend anyone stay at this place.
場所と敷地は絶対にきれいでした。バルコニーと雰囲気が大好きでした。ロビーは素敵で24/7コーヒーバーを楽しんだ。しかし、部屋は日付が付けられており、枕には汗の汚れがあります。カーペットに茶色の汚れと家具の部分にほこりがありました。私のシーツには赤い汚れがありました。ランプの日陰は割れていて変色しました。無料の朝食は古い味がしました。雰囲気とエリアのためにもう一度行きます。They are pet friendly so I’ll make sure to bring my dog next time:)
SSherpa706768Check in was a breeze because of a great person by the name of Valerie. She checked us in quickly and with a great room and then was the again the next morning when we checked out. She was just as cheerful then as she was the night before. Breakfast was good, the room was very clean with plenty of room for the 3 of us.

I submitted a review through their email request they sent me. Well they didn't like it. So this was their response... ”Mam, Your other family members told us that you made this story up so you can go home and get your money back. We thoroughly checked the room for insects the next day and found no activity. FYI Property CHI G.M. Econo Lodge, Prescott 928-445-7057” My response was... ”Good afternoon, Excuse me! I don't think so!, I have witnesses to their phone conversation with me that night. That is why I called your property and spoke directly with my family members in the front lobby with your front desk person hearing the conversation on speaker! How dare you, excuse me of lying. The fact that your employee wanted to give my niece a can of insect spray to go personally to the rooms that her elderly parents and her children were suppose to sleep in and spray. I can assure you that they will also be writing a review on your hotel. They have pictures of the rooms and spiders they had too kill.” I screen shot the email you sent me and texted it too my niece's. Their response was... ”What??! Not true, we killed spiders and the heat did not work in our parents room.” and ”We all were in that room when we seen the spiders!” If you can't handle the truth don't request a review! Clean up your hotel and handle your maintenance issues as well!
