The service was excellent. Hotel staff was very helpful during the loadshedding and breakfast was delicious. Will definitely return.

This place is stunning and the executive rooms are so luxurious, definitely 5 star. Our breakfast was amazing. The pool is also heated which is great for a night swim. The only issue we had is that the AC doesn’t work during loadshedding which makes it difficult to sleep on summer nights. We also didn’t have anything for mosquitoes so opening doors at night was a challenge. Otherwise I would definitely go back!

It's a nice boutique hotel with a very friendly staff. We are returning customers. We love the hotel, the staff and nice environment. The diner is of excellent high standards. Breakfast amazing and the massage is very pleasant. Beautiful art in and around the garden. A place to announce!

What a beautiful hotel and setting. Lots of nice surprises - gym, spa, courtyards, swimming pool, restaurant. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the stay their. Room very private, well equipped, nice refreshments and space. Restaurant a bit pricey, but enjoyed the stay.

This little hotel is a piece of heaven. You can relax in total privacy. It has much more that you can imagine! But it is still central enough to get to any destination in Pretoria in quick time. I will definitely come and stay here again in the future.

I really enjoyed the a**osphere, food and service at Menlyn. There is a beautiful courtyard for holding meetings with interesting and eclectic art that invite you want to hang out in the common areas all the time. I travel a lot and felt unusually at home at Menlyn.

My wife and I were made to feel special from the moment we arrived by a warm, friendly and willing staff. The hotel all round from room, amenities and food is just great, but it is the excellent service that takes it to another level.

In so far as hospitality is concerned, the people at Menlyn Boutique Hotel know their onions, throughout our stay we felt like we were the hotel's only guests! The check-in was seamless, and also included a thorough explanation of all the amenities on offer at the hotel. Our host accompanied us to our room and also explained how both restaurants work. The food at the main restaurant was simply scintillating, with a broad selection of wines, the attention to detail is simply impeccable; everything is luxurious, right down to the crockery and cutlery; aesthetically, the hotel is second to none! We stayed in the express room, which had a wide selection of teas and cappuccinos, disposable slippers, as well as gowns. The room was incredibly clean, you wouldn't have found a puff of dust. Over and above the phenomenal setting, what left a lasting impression was the staff at Menlyn Boutique Hotel, every staff member we came into contact with was kind, courteous, and always willing to help.
