ヴァレ デッリ ウリヴィ(Valle Degli Ulivi)

I chose this hotel due to them having a big pool but upon arrival the pool was not filled up and they said it would be done in a couple of weeks. However this was in June with almost 35 degrees so why it wouldn't be done by then is beyond my understanding. However, time has shown that they never filled up the pool during the whole 2022. So, when I saw this I wanted to leave as they had falsely advertised about the pool, intentionally. They said that I just had to email them, which I did, and that they would complete the refund. But over 6 months later I still havent received any refund. Do NOT trust this hotel!

Booked this hotel due to their pool, but upon arrival they said the pool was closed and they had no idea when it would be open. However they still advertise the pool on here and use it as the main image. Since we arrived late we stayed one night but then agreed with the reception that we would cancel the remaining 2 nights and get a refund. However, over 3 weeks later they still havent made the refund so thats why Im making this review. I will obviously also do a chargeback with my bank and will seek further help in Italy to get more money from them due to all the time I spent ok this. Its NEVER ok to trick your customers like this!!!

Ci sono tornato volentieri visto la convenienza dell'offerta e la vicinanza a Catania.

Al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. La differenza la fanno le persone. La struttura ha sicuramente bisogno di attenzioni, ma come appoggio per visitare il vicino parco giochi è la soluzione migliore. Prezzi molto bassi. Il ristorante con il suo menù ha soddisfatto sia o grandi che i più piccoli. Sicuramente ci ritornerò.

Ho passato due notti in quest’hotel insieme alla mia compagna, e devo dire che mi sono trovato bene, leggo diverse recensioni negative a riguardo ma non sono affatto d’accordo, le camere sono molto pulite, vengono pulite di continuo, lo staff è gentile e molto disponibile, colazione abbondante e varia. Sono soddisfatto.

Hanno promesso che mi avrebbero rimborsato perché hanno mentito nella loro pubblicità dicendo che avevano un pool funzionale. Tuttavia non mi hanno mai inviato i miei soldi. La stanza non era affatto pulita, era disgustoso. non stare qui!

Sono certo che in passato doveva essere una gran bella struttura. Ora, purtroppo si vedono tutti i segni del tempo, mai sufficiente sistemati, e soprattutto il lassismo della gestione, sia all'interno che all'esterno (le foto parlano da sole). Unico segnale positivo (il mio unico pallino) il ragazzo alla reception, veramente molto gentile e professionale, a differenza del personale femminile).

Per la prima volta in vita mia me ne sono andata via, mi hanno dato una dependance sopra la piscina ( di acqua verde), porta di ferro, muffa e puzza di scarico da far vomitare, per non parlare dell'arredamento vecchio... Mi dispiace ma non ce l'ho fatta e ho cercato altro.. Nemmeno una stella..
