Crusty old and needing maintenance . The restaurant was closed The bar closed 11 am along with the shop The pool closed at 6 pm when it was sill very hot No toilet paper in our room and nothing to wash dishes with. 8 euro to park a car but only if you book through a website and not direct The saving features are the receptionist yesterday and the view . Sadly never again. Go here with low low expectations

On internet they have used pictures from long, long time ago. The football field is a desert by now. In the little children pool is no water at all. The private beach is a pebble / rocky piece of shore where you need shoes to enter the water. And hopefully the waves dont throw you back against the rocks upon entry. The cabin is old and there is nothing to keep you cool. Owner claims that he prefers the fresh sea breeze. Well if there would be a breeze at all it was still 35+ degrees in the cabin. Very very small kitchen, ridiculous small and expensive shop and no other facilities at all. Everything is very steep and will take a lot of energy to come somewhere. And that for 1650 euro per week. A cash cow we call that. Never, never never again. The owner should be more transparant or invest in an upgrade as this is not even a 1 star facility. Only positive part is that you might be able to see the sea. And if you have bad luck, hear the neigbours above or below you (as you can not see on the website pictures)......

This is a delightfully sprawling resort comprised of a collection of individual cottages nestled on a verdant hillside leading down to a private and unspoiled beach. There is a large salt-water pool, a small shop for essentials, a bar for breakfast, and an excellent restaurant on site. Further afield, a host of picturesque seaside towns, beaches, and a wealth of top-notch restaurants are just a short drive from the property. Do note that while Resort La Francesca allows dogs, it can't be said to welcome them. They are not allowed off the leash at any time nor able to be present on the outside terrace, by the pool, or on the beach. As a result, I was largely unable to join my family swimming or for breakfast - although our dog appeared happy to sit with me and consider the view on our balcony.

A beautiful location, right on the Mediterranean Sea. Individual units are private. Parking was convenient by European standards. Staff was quickly responsive to requests.

We had a very nice stay at La Francesca. The cabin was a bit old, but comfortable. The outdoors and the view were fantastic.

Sono stata in questo Resort con degli Amici, a metà maggio.... Immerso nella macchia mediterranea, la voce del mare e il canto degli uccelli al ns risveglio, lo sguardo spazia dal verde al blu... La casetta dove abbiamo alloggiato offriva tutto il necessario Un posto dove tornare...

Un lieu magnifique et inoubliable avec des vues et couché de soleil vraiment superbes . Le logement est dans le look un peu sauvage mais propre et une équipe accueillante. Pas de surprise les photos correspondent et aucun frais supplémentaires sur quoi que ce soit. Merci pour tout et bien sûr à Marco de sa gentillesse. Nous y reviendrons amicalement Didier

Nous sommes arrivés mercredi 8 mai pour visiter les 5 terres avec un réel engouement . L engouement est très vite redescendu car sur le papier tout paraissait idyllique mais très vite , nous avons été surpris par l accueil , nous demandant de ressortir et d attendre 10 min sans que personne soit dans l accueil. Par la suite, on nous annonce que le chemin menant à Levanto était fermé à notre grand étonnement car c était un critère de réservation pour nous. On passe là dessus, nous arrivons dans le logement . Pas de papiers toilettes et un petit savon en guise de gel douche . Heureusement que la vue est magnifique et nous en profitons pleinement . Par la suite , se réveiller le matin, et voir une camping cariste faire ses besoins pendant le petit déjeuner , on repassera. Et la cerise sur le gâteau , l amabilité de la receptionnniste et le paiement du parking de 24 euros alors que nous avons été obligés de prendre notre Véhicule tous les jours et payés 20 euros de parking à Levanto Encore merci pour tout ça , malheureusement nous ne reviendrons pas dans votre resort.

Par où commencer… Pas de rouleau de PQ du tout à l’arrivée. Un pauvre petit savon pour notre séjour. La propreté est à revoir. La wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Le p’tit dej était en fait, des gâteaux à aller acheter au Market Nous avons dû payer 24€ de parking alors qu’en arrivant nous n’avons pas été prévenu. De +, le chemin pour aller à pieds à Levanto, comme promis n’était pas accessible, donc nous avons en + dû payer le parking à Levanto!!! Le logement est très très vieillot, pas du tout insonorisé. Le personnel peu aimable Bref je déconseille fortement À part le cadre avec vue sur la mer qui est sympa

Siamo rimasti entusiasti della Francesca per tanti motivi: la tranquillità ,la posizione strategica, in quanto a piedi si raggiunge comodamente Levanto o Bonassola attraverso la pista ciclabile in riva al mare, La magia del posto unito alla efficienza delle abitazioni...ultimo un complimento a tutto lo staff e in particolare a Sonia & Valentina per la simpatia e la qualità del servizio bar. RIMANETE COSÌ..VERA ALTERNATIVA AL TURISMO DI MASSA! Cristina&Stefano

Ho soggiornato assieme ai miei amici nella vostra struttura. A differenza degli altri ospiti, io ho chiesto immediatamnete, il cambio della stanza perchè non consona alle aspettative. La seconda camera rispetto alla prima era meglio ... almeno il frigorifero funzionava. Insetti e pulizia dei locali erano praticamente identici alla prima, stessa cosa per i confort offerti, inutilizzabili o non presenti. Anche io vivo circondata dalla natura, ma non per questo ho la casa invasa da insetti e se sono morti, provvedo a rimuoverli. Dopo aver chiesto il cambio e aver ottenuto una camera pressochè uguale, credo di non dover passare il mio tempo a ispezzionare ulteriori camere per averne una decente. Penso sia responsabilità fondamentale del gestore condurre un'ispezione completa delle camere e dell'intera struttura prima di metterle a disposizione degli ospiti, garantendo un'esperienza piacevole e senza problemi. Riceverò probabilmente la stessa risposta data agli altri ospiti e cioè che abbiamo fatto la recensione negativa per non pagare € 32,00 di parcheggio, briciole, rispetto ai € 1000,00 pagati per una struttura cadente. Lascio il piacere di confermare o sbugiardare la mia recensione ai vostri futuri ospiti. Spero vivamente che sia sbugiardata, perchè vorrà dire che avete deciso di investire nella struttura per migliorare la soddisfazione dei cliente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura ad inizio aprile 2024. Le camere a noi assengate sono risultate non consone. Pulizia dell'alloggio scarsa, con presenza di insetti all'interno dello stesso. Mancavano in dotazione la cassaforte ed il telecomando della tv (che non permetteva quindi il suo utilizzo). Abbiamo provato a segnalare i problemi riscontrati, durante il soggiorno, non ottenendo però nessun riscontro da parte dei referenti della struttura. L'unico aspetto positivo è la posizione favorevole del villaggio, con un'ottima vista sul mare sottostante. La struttura è sicuramente da rimodernare e curare decisamente meglio.

L'esperienza in questo resort è stata estremamente deludente. Appartamenti datati e mal tenuti, con evidenti problemi di pulizia (ragnatele sui soffitti e sulla porta di ingresso, insetti morti, capelli nel piatto doccia). Abbiamo dovuto far scorrere l'acqua dai rubinetti a lungo dato che usciva di colore marrone, segno che non venivano utilizzati da un po'. La doccia funzionava male. La TV in dotazione, oltre ad essere un modello antiquato, era priva del cavo antenna e del telecomando, tanto vale non metterla! Unica nota positiva l'incantevole paesaggio, non per merito della proprietà che non sembra affatto interessata ad offrire un soggiorno confortevole ai suoi ospiti
