The rooms are cold. Cannot turn up the heat in your own unit past about 73 degrees. When coming jn from the cold it is nice to be able to warm your own room up to take the edge off. Disappointing. Aside from this the front desk staff are kind and welcoming.

This was a return visit for us, so we are familiar with the hotel. Our stay was pleasant -- no significant problems but also nothing amazingly great. Our two adult sons took the 2 queen beds and I took the sofa bed, which worked out fine. The suite looked a little dated, it still had "land-line" ports. Everything worked except the AC power plugs in the lamps were a little loose, the modern AC adapters (like the one for my Mac) were too heavy so I had to plug that directly into the wall. Breakfast was fine; staff were friendly and professional, especially the person who helped us check-in at midnight.

Most everything here is in good shape l do have issue with the TV options. There are no smart tv with streaming options. Room was mostly clean but high dusting and vents were very dirty. The Food options were good and area was very clean

We had an excellent stay here! We had to relocate when we lost power and this hotel really exceeded our expectations. I’m a clean freak and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. The accommodations were great. The staff was incredibly nice. The breakfast was better than I expected! It was truly a great experience and I think we will return when we get our floors refinished. The suite didn’t feel cramped with a toddler, hubby, and a dog. It turned a stressful week into a mini vacation. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool but maybe next time!

This hotel was awesome! Great location, near anything you need or want (markets, Marshall’s, restaurants). It was very clean, staff was professional and courteous, rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great!

A great central location to visit gardens and historical sites in the area. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. Small, but useable kitchenet with full size fridge and dishwasher. Complimentary breakfast and dinner (Monday-Thursday). Close to restaurants. Free parking and Wi-Fi. I stayed 3 nights. I felt safe.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites. So easy to get to your room with keyless entry. We had a suite with the bedroom separate from the living area. The room was so quiet. The breakfast brunch was a typical free breakfast, however, the servers who were taking care of it were so friendly and helpful. Had no problem with parking. You are close to restaurants, especially the Brandywine Diner. There is some shopping at the Concord Mall. Would definitely stay here again.

Place is clean and well kept; Staff is courteous; Complimentary breakfast has a nice variety, something for everyone. Food is good. Location is good as there are several restaurants and shopping near by.

Good solid hotel choice. You will enjoy your stay. 10/10 will stay again. The hotel staff is very friendly and the gym is good for a hotel. Great location. Many good food choices close by. The area is okay. There are nice stores in PA just up the road.

This Homewood Suites is excellent! We had an excellent breakfast and dinner every day!!!! How incredible is that?. Our accomodations were superb and location is outstanding! We based out of the Homewood Suites for 4 nights while we visited the du Pont estates!

I want to say that service was great. It started from from front desk. Cindy was very awesome. She was telling me what to offer when it came to points. Cindy was great. The breakfast Mike was great. He did things in timely matter.
