とても清潔で快適な客室、美しいスイミングプールとバー、美しい緑豊かな庭園に囲まれています。スパエリアには、屋内温水プール、ジャグジー、トルコ式バス、スチームバスがあります。美しい広い庭。本当に楽しかったです。

Not quite on the beach as you have to walk along a couple of roads to get there but once there its not much to look at. Much better to stay by the pool with a swim up bar with a view of Mount Etna. Rooms are very quiet with a balcony and comfy beds. Large restaurant which serves different food every night and there is a bar area where you can have a drink before and after your meal.

Beautiful hotel, amazing pool and garden, very clean rooms, friendly staff. Dinner very nice. Nice location, close to public transportation. Minus points: very thin walls, very limited breakfast choices except the pastry, beach maybe 400meters away, dissapointing because of the stones on the beach and in the sea as well (no sand).

On average, hotels in Sicily are awful if they aren't 5 star. This one was HUGE, definitely designed for large travel groups. Based on feedback from our fellow travelers, we were in fairly nice rooms at the back of the hotel. But it felt like we were heading to a basement each time we returned. The room was small, bathroom was equipped with what we needed. Breakfast was the group buffet with crappy coffee.

We were glad to have a spacious and comfortable room. We were in a large group and there were several other large groups of tourists there too. Catering is therefore done efficiently but on a huge scale and we found the food disappointing.

If you visit Sicily, this hotel is a must. Beautiful and the service is fantastic. Our room had a beautiful view with its own terrace. The staff is amazing. Always very helpful. I left a lot of clothes at the hotel and they found them and arranged to have everything mailed back to me in Florida. I received all of my clothes in less than one week. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the entire staff. The restaurant had delicious food and the pool was so inviting. Also, it is close to many excellent restaurants. There is also a bus close by that takes you into Taormina. Fantastic all the way around!

Very good hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Food at breakfast and evening meal was good and well organised. Pol area very good. Balconies on most rooms. Beds were a bit firm for our taste. Generally very good

Travelling on a ten day holiday with Titan Travel with our guide Denise and driver Claudio we had a three night stay at the Sant Alphio Garden Hotel, being a solo traveler the room is very important, well I wasn’t disappointed my room was on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool with a lovely little balcony it was wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable, the evening meals were excellent food was delicious we had designated tables and evening meals were all served by staff looking very smart in suit’s, they had quite a few parties staying at the hotel but everyone was served quickly and food was perfect, staff and service throughout the hotel was excellent, breakfasts were buffet style with enormous choices. During our stay we visited Valley of the Temples, the Roman villa Del Casale, Taormina, Mount Etna, On departure from the hotel I paid my hotel room tax at reception, staff were friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in this area. I enjoyed my stay. From here our guide Denise and driver Claudio took us to the airport at Catalina for our homeward journey back to Gatwick Airport then home, having gained lasting memories of our time in Sicily.

The owner may be long in the tooth, but he runs a tight ship. The gentleman could be seen every day in the restaurant, lobby or poolside bar; he would be wheeled into position, and he'd then issue instructions to ensure that the high standards of the hotel are maintained. The waiting staff were immaculately presented, friendly and very efficient, and the food was good. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and only slightly marred by the vending machine coffee. Evening meals were mostly good (though starters and desserts were generally better than the main course). Our bedroom and bathroom were large and well-appointed. I did not try the pool or spa, and so cannot offer an opinion, though we strolled down to the hotel's decent private beach (public access to the beach is rare in Giardini Naxos). The town centre is a pleasant walk away. Finally, the hotel is well-located for day trips to Etna, Taormina and Syracusa.
