Liked the location, hotel room and restaurant was good.

Stay was excellent staff are excellent this is the 3rd time I'm coming here really like the ambience of this place. I would like to give a shoutout to Mr Uraj chettri for his excellent service during my stay in this hotel and the front office team too Febronia . Overall rooms also were near and clean food was also good 😊......

Hotel ambience is very good and Hospitality is next level . very humble staff especially Pavani ,Gokul and some other staff . Even I have been there on very very high demand days people are very cooperative. Only Renovation has to be done quickly. Thanks.

Excellent, awesome, good and very warm welcome by the residency. Very nice places to visit pondicherry especially rock beach a pleasant time to get free time with family. .........................................................

It was an amazing stay. Very comfortable and pleasant. Staff was incredibly nice specially Sudeep, Gopal, Anant, Shiv Prakash (manager) from the restaurant and Hyder and Pavani. Thank you for being an amazing host. We will definitely visit again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

It was an excellent stay, enjoy alot , love the food and the service of the staff very helpful and kind , always greeting us with a smile , room cleaning also they maintained well would like mentioned a few of the staff Mr uraj chettri from HK team and FO team Ms Pavani, Febronia and jaswant really like their behaviour will come back next time.............

It was a great service, good food at the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant are very polite and understands the customer well. I was well served by the Restaurant Manager Mr. Sivaprakash and his team members Ms. Ruby and Mr. Sudeep. Great experience at the hotel!
