部屋の金庫は機能せず、スタッフはそれを機能させる方法を知りませんでした。床は掃除されておらず、数分間歩き回っただけで靴下が黒くなりました。タオルもシャンプーも石鹸もありませんでした。シャワーヘッドが壊れていて、あちこちに水が飛び散り、床が非常に濡れていました。 2kgの洗濯物をクリーニングしてもらうのに120ペソかかりました。たったの60ペソになると言われた後。 CDMX のダウンタウンにある私のホテルの料金は 1 kg あたり 30 ペソでした。私がチェックアウトしたとき、女主人はとても奇妙でした。私が彼女に鍵を渡すと、彼女はすぐに携帯電話で入力を始めました。他に何かする必要があるかどうか尋ねると、彼女は顔を上げずにノーと言いました。非常に奇妙な。二度とありません。

I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip. PROS: The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the Zocalo. If you walk the other direction, i.e., turn right instead of left when you exit the hotel, you will find busy crowded streets, 8 Oriente and 10 Oriente, with all kinds of shops and good street food. There is also a Farmacia Guadalajara a block from the hotel where you can buy snacks, drinks, pastries, and toiletries. There is a small cafe on the ground level of the hotel. My room was large, 344 sq ft (32 sq meters), with tall ceilings about 18-20 feet high (5.5 - 6.1 meters). The room was divided into 3 compar**ents: a bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom. Wifi was good, and there were outlets by the bed and elsewhere in the room to charge your electronics. Water in the shower was hot, with medium pressure. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. Two small bottles of water were provided daily. My room was adjacent to an antiques room that contained a shared refrigerator, but I was the only one using it. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Most speak at least a bit of English. I only paid $25 USD per night, including tax, on *********** with my Level 3 discount. It was well worth the money. The website says they don't accept credit cards, but they do. I paid with a credit card. CONS: My room window opened into the interior, not the outside, so I couldn't open the curtains or people would be able to see into the room. It said my room came with a terrace, but there wasn't one. There is no closet, just a short coat rack that wasn't tall enough to hang dresses or pants without them hitting the floor. However, these are minor complaints. I liked the staff, the hotel, and it's proximity to the Zocalo and busy commercial streets. I plan to stay there again on my next trip to Puebla.

This historical hotel - former casa- is situated two blocks from zocalo and booming streets filled with vendors. It was a great location, with helpful staff, and was a very unique Mexican hotel. It was very clean with WiFi and Netflix. The bathrooms are upstairs in your suite, the only downside of the 200 year old house was the water pressure, but that is to be expected in a historical home. They offer complimentary breakfast appetizers and coffee. Would stay here again!

El agua sale con poca energía. Puertas con cristales translúcidos que permiten pasar la luz del exterior. Perchero muy pequeño y deficiente.

Es un hotel viejo y un poco descuidado. Fugas en depósito de baño y no hubo agua caliente por la mañana.

Terrible, el hotel se quedo sin agua por mas de 15 horas, y nunca hubo agua caliente para bañ****.

Para nuestra segunda visita al hotel es un excelente lugar, el trato muy bien por parte del personal, el unico detalle fue el agua, ya que tienes que esperar hasta las 10 de la mañana a que salga caliente. Pero lo demas Excelente

Al inicio da la impresión de no ser un hotel se parece a una cafetería, pero el segundo piso si están las habitaciones, las cuales, a pesar de ser es una casa de 300 años, son bastante limpias, cómodas, amplias, frescas, las camas super confortables, las almohadas de ensueño, una ubicación envidiable a dos cuadras del Zócalo y 2 cuadras del Templo Santo Domingo, 4 cuadras del barrio del artista, es lo mejor que tiene. La primer noche si hubo un problema, no había agua, pero en menos de 1 hora, el personal lo arreglo, por cierto son bastante agradables.

La ubicación está excelente. Lo único malo fue que el piso es de madera y el ruido era inevitable.
