Wonderful accommodation , friendly staff. The best accommodation we have stayed at in Puerto Adventura , look forward to our next visit in June.

Excellent accommodations and service. The rooms are like new and staff was very friendly and helpful to all our needs. Already planning another trip at the end of the Summer and seriously considering sitting down to talk about investing in our future there. Thanks guys.

We have spent the last 3 winters at this lovely property. The units are very comfortable and the maintenance and housekeeping staff are so attentive often anticipating our needs before we ask. All the units overlook the fishing boats and it is fun to see what they catch each day. We’ve even seen sea turtles and rays from our balcony. The pool is great with some comfort beds for an afternoon siesta. It is a short walk to the dolphin marina which has lots of restaurants and music. We feel it is our home away from home.

I loved this place and will definitely stay there again! Both Alfredo and Rodriguez were also very helpful!!

The area is family friendly and safe. The place exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Looking forward to come back with the family. We had a great time. Plus - good location. Near Tulum and most popular parks.

Location and beautiful views. King bed was perfect.

Second time staying here and Alfredo and the whole team there are nothing but super to communicate with and they go above and beyond to help in any way! Loved the beach on the property!

better than expected, well worth the price

Arriving at this property late evening we were never sent a room number or a code to get in or any confirmation on location. Our van driver from the airport knew the property. My cousin the previous day had consulted the property manager to confirm our room and code. Had she not done this we’d have spent the night outside. Then the code didn’t work upon arrival and it took us quite a bit of hassle to find the correct phone number of the manager to get the code working. This was after 15 hour flight. We rented a one bedroom but it was a two bedroom. It was huge and lovely inside, lovely balcony beautiful view. The toilets did not want to flush and the master bathroom water leak clear down the floor. The facet in the guest bathroom is about to fall off by the sink. The last night we were there there was no water to flush the toilets or wash your hands but it was back in the morning. I don’t know if this is that typical of Mexico location but we didn’t let it spoil our stay.
