駅からタクシー15分くらいの場所にあるリゾートホテル。景色もスタッフのサービスも素晴しかったです。特にレストランの食事の美味しさに感動しました！

清潔で整頓された素敵な場所で、子犬との1泊滞在には最高でした。また泊まりたいです。私たちの部屋はブドウ畑と山々が見える部屋の一つでした。 部屋にシャンパングラスだけでなくワイングラスもあったらもっと良かったと思います。そうすれば、買ったワインをゆっくり楽しむことができました。

人里離れた場所にある、清潔で静かなホテルです。何十ものワイナリーに囲まれたこのホテルは、新しくてエキサイティングな冒険を探索するのに最適です。 とてもフレンドリーなスタッフ、美しい景色、静かな環境。絶対にお勧めです！

The room was uncleaned and the aircon was stuck at 10°C. The outside temperature was 9°C. When we asked to get maintenance we were told there is no maintenance available. We were offered an upgrade only to be downgraded to one queens size bed room. The room was old, smelly and the aircon/heating was also Brocken. The photos are deceiving and no facilities were available. On check out the reception told us as they are selling the premises there is no responsibility taken for the service.

Shower had no hot water. The mattresses springs could be felt through two of the beds. Noisy. Staff were not very interested. Not worth the money

Who on earth considers this as 4 star property, best western motel would be far superior then the rooms they have. I wonder why people have rated this highly. We stayed in olive groove room, with a uncomfortable bed, broken toilet which doesnt flush, shower head was low so of you are tall will be uncomfortable. Bathroom is old, the taps wont close and only work in a certain angle...and the TV in the room is a Joke, size is like your lcd monitor, just pathetic. Our morning was woken with back pains due to the uncomfortable loose mattress. There is no lobby, reception is moved in a bar and seems like a tired, crying for renovation. Avoid this if you're looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Honestly, this hotel should issue a refund as it doesn't show a true reflection of what's promoted on the websites and is very misleading. Service..doesnt exists..you need to go and pick any amenities you need as there is only 1 staff.
