No Wi-Fi except in lobby. My room had the feeling of a sanitorium. Plaster peeling off all walls in my room. Pictures are worth 1000 words. My photos really do say it all. Hotel does not have maintenance man on call. The guest works around HIS schedule. Howling dogs all day long.

I really enjoyed my stay. My main concern was hot water. It’s so difficult to find places with hot water so that was a win for me, (I can’t deal with cold water, I don’t care what system it is; as long as my water is nice hot) My room was very cozy and comfortable and most importantly: super clean. Everything was spotless and the aroma of freshness linens was what I needed at the end of my day. The staff was very well trained, beautiful customer service. The location is very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. exactly what I needed. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Galapagos Planet for Making my stay so pleasant.

Among the amazing things of the hotel, I highlight the incredible view from the rooftop, comfy and spacious rooms, and the kindest staff ever that help us with any request we had. We had a great time enjoying the island while having peace of mind that a clean and tranquil hotel was waiting for us to relax!

Amazing experience!!! Staff was very helpful, the rooms and the entire building are clean and beautiful, Is pretty closed to the airport and I love the location! I travel with my Husband and we had the time of our lives!! Can't wait to go back Highly recommend

Great overall experience! Central location, staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable. But it is Galapagos here for the nature! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you!!!

We loved the breakfast, the location is pretty convenient close to the airport and pier. Our stay was comfortable, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, they explained very well all the island’s spots and how to reach them. I really recommend it.

Be sure not to get a room on the right side of the hotel. It is next to a bar that plays music and the rooms are not sound proof. I am in room #2 which is next to the lobby and adjacent to the bar next door. Very noisy and difficult to sleep. This is my first night here and I’ve requested to change rooms. Hoping to get a room tomorrow that is not as noisy.

The room was very basic, a small bathroom with plaster coming away from the wall, the window looked out into the hall, it was very noisy and you could hear everything outside,went for breakfast at 8.oclick and most of the food was gone and they didn't bring out anymore, I thought it was like a cheap hostel,even the WiFi was sporadic. I don't recommend it.

This place was like a budget-friendly time machine to 1977 – a half step up from a hostel, or maybe just a fancy version of my teenage budget nigh**ares. The room felt like a blast from the past, but not in a cool way. It was essentially putting lipstick on a pig. The bathroom was a contender for the "Worst Ever" title, and the shower was both a challenge and a horror story. The bed felt like a medieval torture device, and the pillows seemed to have aged alongside disco music – a solid 20 years. I could go on, but I'm running out of creative ways to describe this experience. The pool decided to take a permanent vacation, and breakfast was a horror show. My advice? Opt for the sea lion bench-sleeping experience instead – you'll thank me later.
