Best service super friendly and professional staff quite and is definitely a must if you coming to San Cristobal, Galapagos really enjoy been with my wife here, you have a lot of restaurants near you and many things to do in a walking distance,

It is a magical place you can share with the sea lions that are a foot away from the hotel, Erika is excellent we joked that she has to be there 24 hours, she helped us in everything about the island you know the best places thanks to her she knows many stories the guys at the bar oh my bar those cocktails that make you want to stay forever. IT'S THE BEST HOTEL INDIGO

Had an unexpected stay here before boarding the Silverseas cruise of Galapagos. Could not recommend the hotel highly enough. The staff could not do enough, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Hotel is situated on the waterfront-ideal position for exploring the area. Nice introduction to the Galapagos. Would highly recommend a stay here before any cruise.

We arrived on the plane in San Cristobal and ten minutes later we were checked into our hotel by Mauricio. Our room and the hotel had such a good feeling. It is located right on the waterfront close to the harbor where you catch the ferry to Santa Cruz and other islands. Mauricio gave us ideas of where to swim and see the wildlife and several incredible names for places to eat. We enjoyed everything including swimming in the swimming pool at the hotel. Our breakfast was delicious the next morning. Then we had just a block walk to the ferry. Very good location.Thankyou Mauricio.

This was our last stay in our Galapagos trip, and it certainly ended things on a great note. Every aspect of this hotel is beautiful and flawless. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived, the manager greeted us and offered complimentary drinks for both kids and adults during check-in. Throughout our stay, it felt like everyone was dedicated to ensuring our experience was nothing short of perfect. We stayed in the suite, and found it clean, modern and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and the sofa bed was probably one of the biggest we’ve seen (which the kids appreciated). Our room included two separate bathrooms, which were impeccable. Our balcony was spacious and had great views of the town and docks. The heated pool is a nice touch, allowing for enjoyable swims later in the evening (pool is open until 10pm). The drinks and food served in the pool area were of excellent quality, with the most extensive cocktail offerings we saw across all the hotels we stayed at during our trip. Breakfast is complimentary and we all enjoyed the food. Wi-fi was slow, which is not uncommon on the islands. It still seemed somewhat faster on average compared to other places we visited. The hotel is a bit pricey, but given our experience, welcoming staff and excellent facilities, absolutely worth it.

Maids, Security, “ Everybody “. It’s really appreciated and enjoyable. I pamper myself wherever I go and I got pampered !!! Well Done Índigo….well done !

Our four-night stay here after Christmas 2023 was absolutely incredible! The hotel is beautiful and inviting, the rooms are good size with views of the harbor and the ever-entertaining sea lions. Perfect location, fantastic food (the ceviche is off the charts). On top of all this, the service was first-rate. Erika, Jorge, and Argenis at the front desk helped us finalize day trips and shared helpful tips about the island. Stwart and Daniel C were standouts in the restaurant and at the pool. All was truly above and beyond - thank you! Yes, it's pricey, but it was worth every penny and helped make our vacation to San Cristobal one for the books. (And, yes, the wi-fi is slow, but it is slow on the entire island. Here again, the front desk staff saved the day by helping to reach guides and tour groups I wasn't able to contact on my own.) Bravo all around!
