This hotel was perfect from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the staff take a lot of pride in their work. Our room was huge with everything we needed. Showering, while looking through the porthole then outside to the sea is breathtaking . Having sunbeds on the balcony is a must for us and these did not disappoint as they were really comfortable. Breakfast was beautifully fresh everyday with a varied choice which is brought out fresh to you. A 5 minute walk brings you to the marina where we ate most nights. Will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel about 20 minutes from the airport. Nice reception, very friendly greeting. Room wasn't quite ready (were landed early), but taken down to the pool area where we had a couple of beers (very welcomed) whilst we waited. Adults only and only only a small number of rooms. Pool has the most comfortable sunbeds I have ever sat on - real leather and they are huge. Each room is provided with two on their balcony and terrace, so there is never a shortage of beds available at the pool. Breakfast is both buffet and a small cook-to-order menu. The quality of both was amazing. Lunch - there is a small menu and a pool bar. Again, really great quality food and ingredients. Very much an 'older' clientele, I am sure the young couple (in their 20's) who were staying when we were there must have wondered what they had booked. A short 10 minute walk to the marina where there is a large selection of good quality restaurants (hotel does not do evening meals). A lot of steps down to the Marina, so be aware if you are not too fit. Rooms are beautifully put together, with views of the Marina. The bathrooms have the most massive walk-in shower (but it did splash a bit). Will definitely be going back, the hotel fits our needs exactly.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was gorgeous, huge comfortable bed, very spacious room and luxurious bathroom. Good choice at breakfast, both at the buffet and freshly cooked hot options. Pool area was lovely, plenty of sun beds and no sun bed wars ! Service was always efficient and the staff were friendly and very pleasant. The whole hotel was absolutely spotless. Short walk from the marina with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Although we've been to Lanzarote many times, this was our first stay in Puerto Calero and this definitely won't be the last. We absolutely loved this hotel - the understated luxury, the peace and quiet and the proximity to the marina. We will definitely return and thanks to all the staff for such a wonderful stay.

This is a truly beautiful hotel . All areas are pristine and immaculate. Lovely bedroom with huge bed. Fabulous bathroom. Large balcony with su beds ,table and chairs. The pool area is gorgeous with plenty of the top quality sun beds. ( no fighting for a space ) Breakfast is very good indeed. All the staff are friendly and welcoming

I really cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. A really luxurious feel - beautiful furniture and fittings, large room With fabulous balcony, perfect sea view. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Some buffet plus a menu to chose from. Gorgeous pool with plenty of plush sun beds and umbrellas. No sun bed wars here! We had lunch around the pool on a couple of days - decent choice, nice food, very reasonable prices. It is a small hotel so you don’t get a late bar or entertainment etc. but it feels calm and relaxing. The staff are superb. We arrived a day late and the hotel went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed every moment of our holiday - including a birthday celebration for me! Just a short walk from the marina and restaurants of puerto Calero. 100% recommendation from me. We’ll be back!

Another visit to this little bit of paradise. Back again for our 4th visit and it’s still as peaceful and relaxing as always. Immaculately clean and still cherished by the private owners None of the rooms disappoint as without exception they all have a fabulous views

We have just returned after spending eight nights at this beautiful hotel. It is very, very peaceful which for us is perfect. Spotlessly clean with huge room and bathroom. The large circular window between the two rooms is completely transparent from either side regardless of lights being on or off. This could be an issue for some. I think the idea was to be able to take a shower with a view but the window steams up very quickly so the view disappears! Breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. It would be nice if the bar stayed open later than 6pm. The front terrace is lovely so it would be very pleasant to sit there with a drink in the evenings. Every morning the majority of other guests put towels on sun beds. Why? There are more than enough for everyone. All guests are given an information sheet when they arrive which asks that no towels or washing be draped over the glass balconies (it is not the kind of hotel to do this) but the couple who moved into the room below us did this on their first day. Ignorance at its best! Thank you for a wonderful holiday. A fabulous hotel with friendly, smiling and efficient staff.

This hotel is the perfect place to escape to. No children, relaxing at its best. Large rooms with private balconies. Bathrooms to match . High standard of cleanliness and friendly staff. A short walk out of the pool gate and along to the Marina where a multitude of restaurants await. A small supermarket where you can stock up with a few bottles of wine and beers for your hotel fridge and sit and watch the sun go down on your balcony. Be warned if you want a party holiday this area will not suit. Probably suit the older age group or people who seek the quieter escape destination. This hotel is exactly what we were looking for - quiet, spotless, sea views, close to marina and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to order each morning. No reason to wonder if food had been left out or recycled. Someone mentioned earlier that towels were left on sun loungers all day however, it has to be said that this unfortunately happens at every hotel you go to. It’s not the hotel, it’s people I’m afraid. Personally, we had no problems finding loungers during our entire stay. The rooms are lovely and the bathroom/shower room is a treat. It’s a short stroll to the marina where there are plenty bars and restaurants. We were only there for a week so there were enough to try a different restaurant each night. All in all we had a great time at Royal Marina Suites and would definitely go back. Thank you RMS.
