Мне понравится отель с красивым садом и бассейном . Удобное местоположение , до пляжа идти 20 минут . Доброжелательный персонал . Минус отеля :вайфай работает с перебоями . В полупансион входит: завтрак и ужин ＜шведский стол . Завтра с 7 до 10. Ужин с 16.00-21.00. Нас с мужем двух разового питание было достаточно . Спокойное место, что делает отдых комфортным . В целом мы остались очень довольны!

Maravilloso lugar para desconectar. Buen desayuno, muy variado. Música preciosa y habitaciones espaciosas. Vinimos por nuestro aniversario y nos dieron de obsequio una botella de cava 🥰

Great service Good location Poor food. Compared to other hotels the set up is superbe. Nested in gardens the hotel is composed of several low buildings. Knowing local challenges like low wages, the service was excellent even friendly on occasions. Excellent independent massage business in the premises. Parts of the communal spaces like corridors look very dated with exhausted carpet. The Hotel caters for inclusive and the food while being abundant was non descriptive, I made the wrong decision by booking half board. I still don't know why small bed sheets were lay simply on the top of each other to make the bed .... it felt like sleeping between table clothes.... The house alcohols should be avoided at all cost.

i have to say i really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, i was placed in a pleasant room which backs off to the road, only slight noise (didnt bother me). room was ample big enough for myself(solo traveller), happy with my room, tv & bathroom. i found housekeeping were lovely & polite too. in reception i found the staff were very helpful & accommodating. the pool area was clean & gardens full of lush plants & trees. i thougfhrly enjoyed the restaurant food & staff,. all in all i could not fault my stay here, would go back again.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff, they were so helpful and accommodating, the room was wonderful, the food was delicious. I had such an amazing time during my visit and it is mostly down to the most incredible hotel. I would definitely stay there again

Really great hotel, one of the best I have been to on the island. Would highly recommend. Excellent food, great staff, and very clean! My stay was for a week, but I would gladly stay longer. Great location too, with lots to do in the area. Looking forward to my next stay.

We had a wonderful and beautiful stay and I think I don't have much to add because everything was excellen .perfect organization Very good bedding. Clean room. cleaning very good service nice entertainment really and big thanks to all entertainment team Lorenzo ,Ben,Younis and also the other stuff reception restaurant they show us Kindness.. smile. . We enjoyed the nice weather especially sun.. Great stay We loved it. We will come back and we will advertise

Me again  - 3rd visit to san antonio hotel, 10 days x 2 and now 21 days.  There are mixed reviews which I don't understand. I suggest guest look at the price, I've booked through TUI UK, which gives excellent value.  I think folk should do their homework, If you want extras be prepared to pay extra for it.  I believe some of the issues are the confusing options in rooms and optional upgrades  -  TUI UK note -  and clearer information from hotel.  Gardens and pool - fabulous! I've stayed at many hotel and these are certainly amongst the best. An oasis, gardens are immaculate, pool spacious ( but unheated), the time I was there it never appears busy. The bird song and gurgle of pool resembling a stream are beautiful. Location  - do your home work. Yes it's 20 minutes down hill and maybe 30 back up but it's worth it, I'm 68 and choose to walk no problem. The hotel run a free curtesy bus until 6pm ish. Room - confusing upgrades, make sure you at least get one with a balcony. There are several options which are unclear via TUI UK. Air con was free when I visited which was unexpected, safe had a charge 5€/ week which appears to be the standard for hotels - I think should be free. Cleaned superbly. Food - buffet breakfast and evening meal, I did count one evening 60+ options from soups to deserts. In my opinion there was something to meet everybody's requirements  - but again look at the price, if you want fancy meals pay for it at a 5 star hotel or eat out. Staff - all seemed very pleasant to me. I had an issue with room allocation via TUI UK which was dealt with and resulted in a satisfactory outcome for all. Again look at the price your paying and treat staff with respect.  Clientele   -  yes most were mature, I'm 68. Most were German or French, I'm still not sure why TUI UK advertise this hotel in UK.  Location  / trips - do your homework. Yes , hotel is outside town but gardens and pool more than make up for this. Went on a couple of TUI walking volcano trips very well organised. Went on whale watching trip which was enjoyable but from South of the island  but a 1.5 hour coach trip each way. Events  - do your homework, the location is only as boring as your imagination. Plenty of good walks from the hotel. Also, look at bus trips, get yourself a bus card place, many places of interest are easily within bus travel distance.  SUMMARY  - a hotel with stunning oasis of gardens and pool, truly outstanding. Bit of a hike to the sea, but free hotel bus. Wide choice of food. Staff helpful. Hotel guests mature - as I am. Rooms, confusing options, get one with a balcony. Overall excellent value for the price.  Ps...hope to be back next year.

Just travelling home we had a lovely time here place was kept pristine by the hard working staff beautiful pool area. Our first room was a little small as love holidays hadn't put this one on when we booked but the reception staff were very accommodating and as soon as a larger room came available we were re roomed which was very spacious. Breakfast had lots of choice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Nancy and David Sorensen
