Beautiful hotel about 20 minutes from Iguazu Falls. Nice views of the intersection of Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina. Food is good. Jacuzzi was not hot. Room was comfortable and large. Hotel is in a quiet location away from the center of the town.

This hotel deserve 3 stars at best. It was simply baf and in need of massive fixing. Everything was poor, from checkin, pool, restaurants and fitness room. E.g. Sitting in our room we clearly heard people talking in the hallway, not to mention getting woken up by the tv in the room next door … As well as going to the gym to learn that the treadmill was dead … Not something to be expected from a 5 (!?!) star hotel.

It looked great from outside , but has a great potential to be a 5 stars, but not even close. It’s out dated and needs a thorough remodeling. Our room was river view and seems its bathroom has been remodeled. The carpet by the bed is filthy and aged. The sink faucet only has HOT water and after two visits by the handyman it was NOT fixed. Internet is very weak. We had power outage a few times. The view was awesome. You can see the Ferris wheel and the bridge which are in the Brazil side. The Buffett breakfast is a joke. Really. All carbs, fruits and family size cream cheese and jams. After Covid era, single size is more appreciated. No cream for coffee is available only hot milk. If lactose allergy, avoid coffee. The sweets are stale as I think they serve the same day after day. No egg station and only scrambled eggs with some oily side veggies. There’s a center fruit bowl on the fruit table that has an old eggplant on it and a melon and it has gathered lots of Gnats. I told the waiter and he smiled and just shook his hand so the Gnats fly away. No one speaks English except the front desk) they are great in recycling and even have plantable pencils. Seems like they are working to its upbringing. The hallway and entrance needs ventilation as it’s extremely hot and stuffy. Two of the elevators didnot work properly while we were here. It’s just 100 meters to the bus station for Iguazu or airport.

This hotel is rated as four star, don’t make me laugh! On arrival we were met by signs saying building work in progress and road stones being cut at the front drive. Entering the lobby we were met by builders using masonry drills, the noise terrible. On complaining the staff member said that the work is ongoing until 7pm, it shouldn’t bother you as you will be out exploring most of the day! Having been led to our room at no point were we given an introduction, eg internet access, breakfast times, local amenities. In the room my wife went to have a shower only for the room to flood! Hairs in the drain apparently. As I write this, at 8pm I have the noise of people eating in the restaurant outside our door and outside our window loud music from the pool. We came here to enjoy nature, what a laugh! We have made a complaint, well, six hours ago and have heard nothing back since. The staff seem to be totally uncaring about the customers and are a total disgrace to Argentinian tourism.

Beautiful hotel with great features. The pool was wonderful - definitely bring your swim suit even if you don't typically use the pool - and there is a nice, small outdoor terrace on the top floor to watch the sunset. There is a real gym, not just a typical tiny hotel gym, but a real gym. Good breakfast buffet. The hotel in general is getting a little aged and could use some cosmetic improvements. If you can overlook those little flaws, this is a really outstanding hotel.

The hotel is not what you see or what they offer. The rooms are so old and in bad conditions, no Internet connection inside rooms, we asked for baby bed and the never provided, no late check out and the check out is at 11:00 am the gym is so small and old, restaurant +/-… frankly it’s a 3 stars hotel and not 5.
