庭園とスイミングプールは素敵でしたが、景色のないひどい部屋410を与えられました。トイレはとても時代遅れで、シャワーと洗面器からの水が小さなバスルームに漏れていました。タオルを掛けるためのフックはありませんでした。あなたが入ると、部屋は悪臭を放ちました、それは使い古されたカーペットからかもしれません。この部屋は来客には適していないと思います。朝食も気に入らなかったので、オムレツを買うには追加料金を支払う必要があります。バーの食事はまあまあでした。私たちはこのホテルから出るまでの時間を数えていました。

Stayed for two nights as part of our South American tour. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, the only negative was the bathroom which had a bath fitted but could not be used as there was no plug. There was no basin plug either. Tissues in the room would be nice. We ate in the lobby bar and in the restaurant for breakfast and one evening meal. The food was excellent, of a high quality and plentiful. The downside was that for some reason there was no white wine available by the glass and no local beer during our stay; the reason “we have not got any.” All the staff we came into contact with were delightful, polite and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views, the grounds are fabulous and the pool area lovely. The WIFI was excellent. Despite the couple of negatives which really are first world problems this was our favourite hotel throughout our trip. It was great place to stay in Puerto Iguazu.

Great location and main hotel facilities very good. Bedrooms poorly maintained and not to same quality. Faulty light switches. Bath installed but can’t be used. No basin plug. Toilet seat broken. Excellent pool. Breakfast satisfactory.

Unfortunately we ended up in this hotel after our flight to Buenos Aires was cancelled. This hotel is long past its hey day with everything chipped, cracked or not working. It is very clean though and has a great view of the 3 frontiers. Clearly a firm favourite with budget tour groups, this is not recommended for independent travellers.

Really great hotel! Lovely rooms and staff. The drivers associated with the hotel will take you to both sides of the park with extra care. It’s really worth it to arrive without issue with plenty of time to explore the falls. The pool is very relaxing and the breakfast is great with fresh eggs and fruit. The hotel is also within very easy walking distance to town and great restaurants.

The place is really outdated. Mold and cracks everywhere in the bathroom. Stains all over the carpet. Damp and stale smoke smelling rooms. Pool needs updating. A lot of cracks. Is this the quality of all hotels in Iguazu? I can't believe how expensive each night was as well. Luckily we only stayed one night. I would avoid this place if you can.

We stayed for 2 nights while taking in the falls. The hotel seems like it is away from the town center. It is not. Very easy walk back to the busy part of the town for bars and dining. It has a very nice buffet for breakfast. We had rooms looking at the river. You can't really see much but the jungle is pretty. The room was serviceable. However, a lot of noise came through the walls / doors for the adjoining room.

We absolutely loved staying at the hotel; the room was very spacious, clean and the house keeping very prompt and friendly. Overall staff was extremely helpful and friendly and accommodating. They even gave us the opportunity to stay in another room for the night because of the noise of a night long party in the neighborhood. The view from our room was beautiful watching this amazing sunset. The pool and hot tub were big snd clean.
