Excellent apartments stunning views of Puerto Rico Really helpful staff nothing too much Had a bad start to holiday left purse on plane receptionist helped phoning airport to arrange getting it back can’t thank him enough !!!! For a family holiday this place ticks all the boxes Lovely pool with lifeguard Pool bar Live entertainment Brilliant holiday can’t wait till next year winter sun 😎

Great holiday. Amazing views from balcony great location lovely restaurants and bars. Plenty of stuff to do. Can’t wait to rebook and come again. The apartment was kept clean and tidy. Massive balcony and plenty of space to sunbathe or just chill

Location wise perfect! Out back gate and right to restaurants souvenir shops and down to beach. Straight over to Mogan Mall for shopping and more restaurants. Also one of the biggest SPAR shops I’ve ever seen! Stayed 1/11 to 8/11 weather beautiful. Not too far from airport. Very warm greeting from man at reception ?Victor Who explained everything very clearly and was always very helpful throughout our stay. A few problems with aircon and hot water but these were addressed straight away. Beautiful balcony which was very large and had sun loungers plus table chairs and umbrella for shade. As some people say some of the rooms do look a bit ‘tired’ but they were always clean. Maybe a deep clean of some of the door frames would be good as ours had a lot of dirty marks on them. Only thing that was a bit annoying was a lifeguard listening to music on his phone which was not good when you were trying to read! Thank you for a relaxing stay 😃

This hotel is in a great location close to the shopping centre.It has 3 different blocks treezamar,sunsuites and Royal all fantastic rooms,2 pools which were clean and spacious the staff were super friendly and helpful.Also had aircon and a safe,laundry room,showers,minimarket,bakery and a bar.Would stay here again 1000%

This is our 3rd stay at The Terrazamar in the last 12 months and also stayed a few years ago in the sunsuites. This time went with family members who had never been before. We had 3 appointments for the 5 of us, all in the terrazamar, 2 on 6th floor and 1 on 4th floor. Prefer to be staying at this block as only one lift down to main gate to get to shops, bars, restaurants etc. the apartments are basic but clean, comfy beds, good shower, free safe, fantastic balcony which is what makes us want to stay here. But they are now a bit tired and in need of upgrading like their other properties in PR. Aircon which is free is a hit or a miss although our apartment was good the other 2 weren’t as cool. The umbrellas around the pool are a nightmare, half of them broken! The gate to get in/out with room key is terrible, one day it works next day you are shouting through the gate for someone to let you in….not much fun when it happens at 3am 🙈. The staff are all lovely and they are definitely an asset to the company from cleaners to reception. Would i stay here again….probably going to give it a miss for the rest of this year but have priced it for April 25 and unless the prices change will be looking elsewhere.

The room was ok, but had lots of minor issues. The electrics were dodgy - reported this and electrician told us to use the fuse box to operate the air con! The artificial grass on the balcony was torn and creased up. The airier was broken on one side. The bathroom door had a badly repaired hole in it where it looked like someone had punched it. The bathroom door was filthy and sticky. The bath towels often had holes in them. The doors clattered shut very loudly. The people next door in room 1512 insisted on karaoke (very badly) at all times of the day as well as swearing and being lurid. On the plus side, the kitchen and bathroom were kept clean (apart from the door). The fridge and freezer were a good size and worked very efficiently. The very large balcony was the best part (apart from the noisy neighbours). Beds were very comfortable. The shops and restaurants are very close by and it’s a 15 - 20min walk to the beach and harbour area, which is quite pleasant. These apartments have potential, but it seems any type of quality control is lacking . We expected that rooms would be inspected to maintain high standards before they are allocated to new guests, rather than having to spend our holiday going up and down to reception to complain.

Have stayed in the trezzamar now around 8 times . It just get better and better . The rooms were still as good . The maid was brilliant and so cheerful. The reception staff were all amazing and kind . I cannot fault the place .

A really soul-less hotel! Pool bar was poorly stocked & closed in the middle of happy hour! We were woken at 16.40 by the lifeguard to say the pool & sunloungers were closing at 5pm, it was still sunny! Room was ok but very dated! Nightmare with room keys to get back into the hotel & back into our hotel room
