Booked a Spa day package with lunch and glass of wine for my wife's birthday. This is the second time my wife has come for the Spa and was again delighted by the setting, the treatment and the general attitude of the staff. The restaurant food, on the other hand, was poor. A decent starter of seafood followed a pleasant appetiser but the chicken main course was school dinners. Unloved, bland, overcooked chicken that you wouldn't expect for the this venue and for the price of the menu. The overly tart and thick based lemon tart dessert was an embarrassment by french culinary standards. I've noticed that I'm not the only person that left less than impressed reviews of the venue's restaurant, the same has also since been confirmed by locals that have been but won't return. What a shame they don't seem to take their food seriously.

We went for a day away. Beautiful place, we did the spa experience with massage and a meal at the restaurant. The spa was clean, pleasant and the massage by Murielle was great, professional and caring. The restaurant was really average with 10 minutes of serving for an hour and a half of waiting. If you are vegan and they tell you they can do vegan, run. It was borderline uneatable. Ask for a big salad instead.

We thoroughly enjoyed our post-Christmas retreat in the Chateau, vineyards & pretty mountain towns around St Pierre de Serjac. A beautiful, spacious and comfortable house in the grounds of the old Chateau, wonderful amenities, fine dining, a reviving spa, bikes and walking trails to explore the stunning surrounds. The staff at St Pierre de Serjec were supper attentive and helpful. And we ever stayed up for the New Year's Eve fireworks! Turned out to be the perfect festive tonic! You may well enjoy languid and lazy summers by the pool here, but St Pierre de Serjac also makes for a perfect winter getaway.

We recently stayed at the chateau with my partner, and the experience was fantastic. The property, surrounded by vineyards, is an idyllic spot and both the room and breakfast were excellent, but the best thing was the friendliness, commitment and professionalism of the staff. A 10 star experience that was more than worth the money we paid.

Think Soho House crossed with the Pig in Studland Bay and you have a good idea of what this place is like. Relaxed, relatively informal, but with high standards of service and attention to detail. The design is beautiful, functional modern crossed with period French, and instills an instant feeling of calm and welcome. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Facilities are second to none. Wi-Fi was great everywhere. Set in beautiful grounds, this was a perfect place for a four-day getaway with friends over new year. Oh yes, also easy access to some interesting towns - Narbonne for market - and also outdoor activities like walking, biking, boating on nearby rivers, and numerous caves and wineries to explore. Great spot - loved it.

I just returned from a 5 night stay with friends at Chateau St Pierre de Serjac and I couldn’t rate this place high enough. We stayed in one of the houses which was spacious and comfortable with a log fire which we lit most evenings. It was a great base to explore the area from. The bed rooms were all en-suite and had one of the most comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in with the best pillows ever. The staff at St Pierre were friendly, professional & attentive at all times and always had great suggestions what to do and see in the area. This included a hike in Gorges h’Eric followed by some wine tasting in Roquebrun and a few wine purchases. Sure it would be rude not to!! They had bikes at the chateau and on one of the days we took them and cycled around the vineyards and exploring the countryside which was fun. We also used the pool and sauna at the chateau as well as the restaurant and had some great meals there. All in all, we had a great time at the chateau and would recommend it to any one who likes their luxury and comfort as well as exploring the outdoors, good food and wine. We are already planning our return visit in the summer for some road cycling.

I went a long on a friends trip - acting as driver for my wife and a group of her friends! A couple of high-spec houses awaited us. A Beautiful setting with private pools overlooking nothing but vineyards (not all units do have - but the 30m shared pool was glorious, overlooking sprawling vineyards) The rooms, living areas, terraces, bathrooms all super clean and beautiful finishes. But what makes this so memorable was the setting and 5* service. We made use of the restaurant, spa, pool, and the bar (!). We didn’t bother with self-catering but the kitchens in the houses are fully equipped if you want. One thing to note is that you do need transport (car) to get around - although Puissalicon is accessible by a short ride along a quiet vineyard track on bikes available from the Chateau. But the chateau is all you need for a relaxing weekend. In the area - Béziers for restaurants and nightlife, Tarbouriech oyster farm / restaurants, M****illan for a port/ town visit and all the nearby wine-tourism and tours - including the Chateau. I think one thing customers would like is a terrace snack menu, as over the weekend it was just the full-on restaurant menu. But all very good food. All-in-all, can’t wait to go back :-).

Fantastic hotel for a relaxing weekend stay where we were able to completely switch off. Everyone we met was extremely professional and welcoming with just the right level of interactions to ensure we had everything we needed whilst also letting us have our space. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Loved the room with the views over the pool and beautiful landscape. We will certainly be back.
