The stay was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have good lake view and play area for board games , swimming pool as well. Well maintained property. They also arranged a small anniversary decor and cake as complimentary for us.

It is one of the best hotel in Pune . It was leisure trip for me . I was assigned with 306 room number fantastic view from this . Thnx mosin for the warm hospitality. Next time whenever I will in surely will come to a***ora. Smiley staff always ready to help.

I had a wonderful experience at The Fern Hotel. Firstly would like point out the location. It is situated in the centre of A***ora Town, which I took advantage of view and perfect for morning or evening walks. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff to room service, all were delightful and eager to help! I specifically like to thank Miss Nikita (Front Office) who really helped me with the guidance of nearby places. Thank you Team !

It was an amazing stay. Room was spacious & surroundings were fabulous. Room service was good & food too. I had been there for 1 day & ordered from Vista restaurant which is within the fern. Food was delicious & morning buffet too. There were plenty of options in the breakfast. Overall it was an amazing experience

I visited to my friends wedding from the time we entered in the hotel the hospitality was great specially thanks thanks to mr Dhiraj for he’s prompt service and the coordination and no doubt the ambiance is awesome and the food taste is a delicious I definitely recommend this hotel for wedding

restaurant the ***ager of the hotel and his entire staff are awesome, there staff if very friendly, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. i stay at the hotel over 3 weeks a month and it feels like a home away from home.
