メリタス カントリーサイド リゾート - ロナバラ(Meritas Countryside Resort Lonavala)

I celebrated the New Year’s Eve, very good for families with kids, as there is kids play area, swimming pool, indoor play area. Their breakfast had lots of options, chola bhatura and wada sambhar were best. The two staff, I would like to mention is Pankaj and Sidhant very Obedient and helpful.

The place is relatively new and very neat. The ambience is very good and the rooms are spacious. The property is in a smaller and secluded are with around 30+ individual rooms. We stayed during Christmas time and the place was well lit. Surprisingly this has everything required for a family stay. There is a park, swimming pool, an Indoor games room with Billiards, Fuse ball, TT, Carroms etc. The restaurant has good options and the Breakfast spread was pretty good. The restaurant food can be a bit better. However, they are pretty strict with breakfast timings (ends at 10:30 AM) as we were denied the juice for kids when we requested the same at 10:40 AM. The property does not have a bar but allows alcohol consumption (own bottle) within the room. Their room service is pretty fast as well. Overall a good experience but a few relaxations to accommodate guest requests regarding breakfast would be great.

The best and comforting stay i would ever have is at countryside. The best and supportive helpful staff. There are available for u at a call. Thanks rahul, sanjay the duty ***ager and others as well for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I am a frequent guest over here and recommend country side to others as well.

One of the best place to stay and enjoy in lonavala. Resort with awesome ambience. Swimming pool is beautiful and clean. Satisfied with service provided by Rahul Sahu and deepak. Customer friendly staff. Must try tomato shorba and pizza here

It was an amazing stay in this property it has everything that you can enjoy with friends and family. Kids has so much fun because of all the amenities. It's super clean and fantastic hospitality. Rahul simar Saurabh all are very well behaved and trained staff. Best part was the food it was delicious. Buffet can be little better with more variety. Will definitely visit during monsoons as it can be better in those days because of the view

The rooms were good and clean. The amenities provided were good the pool and gaming area was also good . The food was good and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a nice experience in the resort and we enjoyed alot. Will visit soon

Good amenities like club house, children play area , garden swings , swimming pool and Jacuzzi. 6. Courteous staff 7. Tasty food 8. Clean and spacious rooms 9. Family friendly Suggestions for improvement : 1. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi timings can be extended beyond 7 pm (especially on weekends ). 2. Room service (for food) can be extended beyond 10:30 pm especially for weekends.
