The electricity failed in our room , and they had to come fix it in the early mornings. They shifted us to another room, but it was annoying.

Excellent room service and housekeeping Samadhan Warade is awesome.. Samadhan was super efficient and courteous ... Excellent and quick Housekeeping... He was in and out really quick and got everything done really fast.. The room itself is great....

Quite impressed by my overall experience at Conrad Pune. The room was very comfortable and the entire hotel staffs were very friendly. The entire hotel is very beautifully scented right from when you step inside the property. The 2nd floor where the Spa, Gym and swimming is located is kept very hygienic and smells so good and kudos to the entire team. The breakfast at the coffee shop was exceptional and the supervisor Mr. Suvabrata and his team looked after me extremely well. I look forward to stay again in the future and highly reckon Conrad Pune. Thank You and hope my review helps other travellers.

Yuvaraj has given excellent service from housekeeping and make sure that all the supplies and amenities to be replenish in the room , also he explained us about rooms features and details about room Restaurant , pool , all services are top notch. Thank you Conrad

Our stay at Conrad,Pune was a spl one as my wife & I were celebrating my Anniversary at your property. The staff was coordial, jovial, hospitable & right from the booking (Reservations Team), Guest Relations & the room service was top notch. What put us off at Hilton property, the handheld Shower faucet was leaking at certain angles, the mini bar rate card was worn off & looked shabby also the mini bar rate list wasnt updated as per the bar stock. Now the eyesore of the entire stay was the Display unit in the washroom is suppose to be part of the luxury experience & also entertainment while soaking in the bathtub, but unfortunately the displays of all rooms are connected with DTH which doesnt have more than a handful of free channels. Very disappointed by that. Also, the TVs need to be upgraded as the DTH with OTT provided doesnt support few OTTs example is Hotstar. Rest the Bar, 24×7 Coffee shop & the restraunts are good, only scope of improvement is with the way interns intract with guests needs to be with a smile & clarity. Very nice hotel with an perfect service All was so great. The reception, the service in the restaurants. Outstanding was the housekeeping and especially Mujahid & Nikhil. Friendly, open mind, he spoke very well English, very polite. He was responsible for my room. Thank you mujahid to do your work with so much passion.

We celebrated my wife's b'day at Conrad with a 3D/2N getaway. Since we are Hilton Gold members we booked a King room and were upgraded a few days before check in to the king executive room with lounge access. We found the service at Conrad was extremely good . The check in was very smooth, courtesy, Mr. Ravaan. The room was very cozy and all our needs were well looked after by Mr. Shantanu of house keeping, who kept the room tidy. We were pleasantly surprised to see the well decorated room on my wife’s Birthday. We were well looked after by staff of the Executive lounge particularly Ms. HMINGI, Ms. Shinu and Ms. Shakeera. We were impressed by ***agement and Mr Sagar in particular who added ZEE BANGLA channel on our special request in D2H TV channels list. We loved the wide variety of food laid out during breakfast buffet in Coriander Kitchen. Our special thanks to Ms. Komal and Mr. Yogesh for their helpful nature to select dishes from large number made available by Coriander. Notwithstanding above, we had a very bad and humiliating experience while checking out. Although we had no problem in checking-in and room was allotted after due verification by Mr. Ravaan, while checking out they asked for upgradation price for lounge facilities (Rs. 3000/N) which in fact, should have been collected while checking in or at least mentioned, if due. During check-out, the staff at front office first asked me to pay upgradation charged which we refused as nothing was due and our upgrade confirmation through Hilton showed that as well. After a lot of checking they agreed and we could finally leave after half an hour delay. Sadly this did put a damper to our mini getaway as never have we had to pay for an upgrade at the end of a trip without our knowledge or consent. Otherwise on the whole it was a very pleasant and memorable stay!

This was a birthday gift for my mother and the entire team at the Conrad made it an unforgettable experience for her. She was taken care of especially by the Front office team and the executives lounge team. Good options were given prior to arrival to enhance the stay. Siddhi was extremely good at the pre arrival communication and assisted me for a seamless planning also was kind to share the updates to me. A special shout out to Dushant at the lounge bar. He was very kind, My mum was overjoyed and truly enjoyed every but if the stay. Thank you Conrad team!
