Mosquitoes in the room and they have charge 1k extra for 40 minutes late check out. And they have not informed about the late checkout charges.

We had booked the premium suit and it was not at all like the images shown, the washroom was not clean, the shower was also damaged and the lights were also gone. The twin bed was converted into a king bed. It was not at all worth the money we paid for it, posted fake images of premium suit, this is very wrong.

Location: easily accessible from baner road. It took us 5-10 mins to reach hotel from baner highway. Stay- beds were not that clean but washrooms were more clean comparatively. We booked deluxe room with balcony and area was sufficient for two people also this place was safe for girls

Check in timing is at 2 pm which is very late for those who would like to attend the office. For early checkin they charge half tariff. Idle check in timing is 11 am _ 12 pm for travellers

Very aesthetic and clean. The photos clearly described what the place looked like. Every room has a theme and it is pretty attractive!

So i was look for options to stay in baner/ballewadi thats when i came across this place. First i thought why is it located in hidden manner from the noise and rush. But the doubts changed instantly about the place when i arrived there the staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms they have is very unique very room has their own names and theme to it. I've stayed in premium suit as well as the room with small balcony, it was great experience staying in each room. As far amminites go they are enough for two people. Only thing i found missing in the premium suit was toilet paper which they could've provided. Other than that great place to stay as the title suggest.

Good and peaceful stay at ra hotel. Good location near the busy main road yet placed well at a calm n quiet area

The room was very clean and decor had a painting theme to it. There was a beautiful painting of van gogh! would 10 / 10 recommend

This was my second time at ra residency because the first time was very nice. But this time, it wasn't as pleasant. The studio room i got (vincent) wasn't as clean as expected. Even though i had a late check in at 2 pm. There were stray long hair in the washroom. Also, my door keycard wasn't working so i had to bring up one of the staff each time i had to enter my room. Plus, the tv was not functioning in my room. They had to get the set top box from another room and install it there. So, all in all, quite disappointing and average writ the price of the room and previous experience.
