This property was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was just ok. Not really ever hot food at the buffet. The specialty restaurants were ok. The steakhouse is Brazilian which I didn’t realize.

The property is new very nice and clean, my room was enormous , master suite with 2 kings size bed, in the balcony a Jacuzzi with ocean view, excellent!!! In the room they provide you with everything, also mini bar is included . Excellent food in the buffet, a lot of seafood, fish, salads, fruits. I didn’t like any of restaurants a la carte, I preferred the buffet. It was impossible to get an empty lounger because at 6 am the people already reserved them with a towel, when you went down at 9 am it was all busy in the pool and on the beach, basically I could never enjoy the shade, but that is not the fault of the hotel, it is the quality of people who was there. It is a quiet hotel, lots of elderly couples. The animation team is good but with few activities , I think they give space for everyone to rest. The offer of the bars was very good , there is a bar on the beach and at the pool. I went for 5 nights and it was enough, we had a great time, I would definitely come back, and I liked the proximity to the airport.property is very safe! And stay away from guys who offer a membership, very annoying , I spend almost 2 hours with them trying to get a good discount and everything was just a lie! That was the only bad moment.

Everything was nice ! Just think they should get covers for the food at the buffet !! Believe I got food poisoning also other than that the staff was amazing very friendly & welcoming !!!!!

Really basic resort, nothing much to do except be at the pool or beach but you’d have to wake up super early to try to find a spot becuase by 9am all the lawn chairs are taken and good luck finding a spot. There is no tennis courts and pool tables or tennis tables. Food was also not the best and very stale all the time. My wife got food poisoning from one of the restaurants. The nightly entertainment was very outdated and old. Was very disappointed by the reviews I saw that said this resort was great when it wasn’t. If you need a honest review take this one as it !!

Some great service mixed with some subpar service. Food was not very good. We got food poisoning on the second night and that made it hard to enjoy the good the rest of the trip. Hotel room and amenities were great! Pool was awesome and so was the beach. I just wish the service was more consistent and the food was better

This was nice a nice stay. The staff is so kind and friendly, always willing to help or answer questions. My friend and I came for a quick getaway - it did not disappoint. Great blend of fun and tranquil. Big shout out to Piña, coco loca, melissa, &elbim were amazing! Very clean. Maids were very nice and helpful if we needed anything. Good food for an all inclusive. Steakhouse and asian were great for dinner. Buffet for breakfast and lunch were good for a buffet. At any all inclusive, be smart and careful- duh. We did not get sick at all.

The staff was incredible-happy, friendly and accommodating every second of the day. Shout of our Nicolas & Joan for going out of their way. We booked the Feb Romantic spa package-totally worth the $400 we had the hydration part first and then a scrub & massage from the nicest women (one even sang to us she was super sweet). Food was okay but a lot of beef not as much chicken/turkey and I don't eat seafood (my boyfriend loved the seafood). Beach was nice-they worked hard to clean up sea**** everyday and water was beautiful. Pool water was actually colder which even with our swim out from our room it was just too cold to want to jump in. Even the jacuzzis weren't heated outside. Highly recommend this place though--everyone is smiling, happy and having a great time :)

Loved my stay and loved the property. Everything was new and the staff was so nice and accommodating, would definetly return!
