H10 オーシャン エル ファロ(Ocean El Faro Resort - All Inclusive)

This hotel have terrible employees especially supervisor not even friendly very rude disrespectful we had problems with our reservation because for somehow the third party did not inform the hotel that we had 2 kids so the supervisor of the hotel that night called Carlos refused to let us check in if we do not pay them kids as adults as it was as triple price that we paid so we had to go checked in to another hotel for them to find out with their reservation teams due to the fact that we came late so the next day this same supervisor and other staff did not even apologise and talk to us as we are nobody so disappointed and disrespectful not even try to give us discount or accommodate us Very very bad place even though the decor as stunning Food was not good as had an allergic reaction after eating something which I never ever had allergies in my life

The resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment.

전체적으로 만족스럽습니다. 장점은 레이지풀.. 아이들이 정말 좋아했어요. 그리고 숙소 컨디션도 좋았고, 직원들도 친절했고 액스트라 베드 비용이 없어서 좋았어요. 단점은 쇼핑이 조금 멀고, 위치도 조금멀어요. 결정적으로 바다가 그리 좋진 않았어요

This hotel was very beautiful, exactly as advertise. The room was very clean and the people were very nice and well manner. Definitely recommended

The restaurant service is not 5 stars you wait forever while dinning a la carte and the buffet needs to be cleaner - food area and seating area. Great space but services need a major upgrade. I would not go there again

Great resort. Two minor things: 1) having oat milk available for coffees would be great, and 2) the pushiness of the sales guys was a little irritating

They need more lunch options and the food can def be better it's hard to be a food critic, because I am from New York but only having like one place for lunch and the burgers and hotdogs at the snack time are absolutely terrible they need chicken finger and fries at all times for kids and the companies customer service needs to be better like they need to realize if they are nicer and accodmating they will get more tips and wants to help people it's crazy to me that they didn't want to accommodate people

Food was decent , but the drinks were unlimited and delicious. Plenty of activities to keep you entertained.
