very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

My wife and I are club members. We wanted to take a moment to show our appreciation to Jairo, Reynaldo, and the excellent beach team, for their consistent excellent service, and to Crismailyn for making the best Bloddy Mary's in Punta Cana every time without fail.

Misotis was amazing in every sense of the word, making our stay at Eden Roc an incredible experience. Fresh food, clean amenities, and expedient and kind service was the perfect combination to make anyone feel at home and compelled to return. Can't wait for the next time!

Our trip to Eden ROC was filled with Rest and Relaxation. The hotel could benefit from some activities to engage guests. A special acknowledgement to the lobby bar bartender Crismailyn. She was so engaging, pleasant and informative. I enjoyed conversations with her. Such a big heart. I always looked forward to sitting in the lobby with a drink. Thank you Crismailyn for your warm welcome! Another special acknowledgement to Raiman the bartender at La Palapa and our amazing and attentive concierge Adonis and Mia! Wonderful staff.

This property is a piece of Paradise on Earth. The location is also perfect, very close to Punta Cana International Airport. The staff is a great asset to this property. Everybody is so kind and very helpfull. We had great time there and we recommend to book a massage in the SPA, a pizza cooking class (is super funny) and in the end you can eat your pizza. And stay as much as you can in the beach club. Just go there and relax during the day. The water is so calm and you have a good option of drinks and foods to order. At the La Palapa restaurant you can have dinner, the atmosphere is super cool. And food is delicious. At Riva bar we had a spectacular moment while waiting our reservation time to have dinner at La Palapa. We drunk some nice drinks, and everithing about drinks was explained. Just go there and have fun!

Over the past 7 years our family has throughly enjoyed over 60 nights at Eden Roc. The elegant suites, dining experiences and beach service has always been exceptional. Staff are professional and always willing to please. Price is on the high side, particularly in peak season, however value for money makes it all worthwhile.

I had a wonderful experience at the Eden Roc Cap Cana! It was pure luxury and I truly felt pampered! The cuisine was top notch! Some of the best food I've had in a while! And my room was fabulous! Oceanfront suite with a large terrace. I did not want to leave! Thank you for a fabulous experience!

This resort is one of the most beautiful places in the Caribbean, truly a five star resort with some amazing characters that makes it feel so special. Every member of the team greets you so warmly and cannot do enough for you, Orlando was the most amazing host who helped us with anything we needed, a very special guy . The service is always there without being an interruption, the food is of a very high standard, with a well thought out menu and plenty of options to choose from as well as locations to enjoy your meal. The beach is perfect, no dreaded sea**** thanks to their use of a net, You are greeted and taken to your chosen spot by Elias who ensures the beds are made up for you with fresh towels, there are some superstars who will serve you drinks with such a smile , there is Hector and Wilson who will make your day great, everyday, Ramon will fix a fabulous cocktail and make it a really enjoyable experience, I can’t remember everybody’s names but the whole team is amazing. I had a massage with Ruth who delivered a world class treatment in the spa, it’s was worth every penny and have already booked my 2nd treatment before I go home . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Eden Roc and look forward to booking our return visit very soon

Great service, Wilson, Hector and Ramon on the beach were amazing.Always happy especially Wilson who is infectious location…. What can I say perfect amazing beach and superb pools. Our guests one bedroom beachfront suite was amazing. Finally our concierge Orlando couldn’t do enough without being intrusive. A true 5 star experience.
