very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

Everything was perfect The manager was very kind and helpful he upgraded our room to the most expensive room to make us feel comfortable Mia and Adonis took care of us 24/7 They surprise us on our universe day We had the best vacation ever Great stuff

My wife and I are club members. We wanted to take a moment to show our appreciation to Jairo, Reynaldo, and the excellent beach team, for their consistent excellent service, and to Crismailyn for making the best Bloddy Mary's in Punta Cana every time without fail.

Misotis was amazing in every sense of the word, making our stay at Eden Roc an incredible experience. Fresh food, clean amenities, and expedient and kind service was the perfect combination to make anyone feel at home and compelled to return. Can't wait for the next time!

The Eden Roc Cap Cana was a fantastic place for our family vacation (6 people, all over 30). The resort has two areas, around 30-40 beachfront suites and another grouping of pool villas about 3 minutes up the road within Cap Cana (rooms come with private pools and golf carts). We stayed in two suites near the beach area. While the resort was near full over the weekend, it never felt crowded and there were always beach/pool seats available (mid-week it was near-empty, and we had the place to ourselves- fantastic). The pools are wonderful (deep and shallow areas, big enough to avoid other people, and the white sand beach is well maintained and has plenty of space with various types of chairs and shade- it's really a great set up! Rooms: The 1 Br was plenty large and was immediately next to our 2 br suite, all on a first floor walk out patio with easy access to the beach and pool (patio has a loveseat, couches and full dining area - we used all of this space every day- it's really nice to have some private outdoor space). Within the 2br suite, there is a full living room and dining area, as well as a full kitchen (furnished with all of the necessary stuff, if you wanted to cook). Linens, toiletries, and service was all top notch. The bathroom and showers are great! Food: There are a few on site restaurants (well documented on their website) and Eden Roc prides themselves on great food. In our experience, this was mostly on point, though we did have the odd burger at the beach or piece of fish at dinner that was overcooked over our 5 days (our Mediterraneo dinner was fantastic!). Still, overall, the food was great and we were happy with the dining. There's a respectable wine list that isn't totally insanely priced, and reasonable beach offerings (coconuts or ice cream for ＜$10). Service: Front desk/management staff were great. Our room's concierge, Samira, was incredibly helpful with reservations, transfer and activities. She checked in the perfect amount and was able to help us get anything we needed- it's a nice service and touch for the resort to provide this service amenity. Housekeeping was great, as were drivers and beach staff. Restaurant and bar service was solid as well. Our only area for improvement would be two very slow lunches at the beach; some of the servers are attentive, and some are certainly on island time! Overall, if you are looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation for a couple or small group, this is worth considering. Unless you want to be 100% alone in a pool villa all day, staying in the beachfront area is the way to go- privacy on the balcony/patio as needed, and great pool/beach/food options right there. There are many activities in the Cap Cana area, but this resort is especially good for relaxing, hanging by the pool, or enjoying the pristine beach and lux rooms!

It was the most Beautyfull place to have out vacation we enjoy everything, The reception team we're wonderfull they do a really good job there. The staff at the restaurants we're amazing . Definitelly we will come back cuz it was wonderfull.

Wilson took amazing care of us! The beach and the pool were great for relaxing with the family. The specialty drinks were delicious (our favorite was the Pirate), and someone from our family enjoyed the cheeseburger every day we enjoyed the beach. Ask for Wilson to take care of you!

It's an amazing place, so beautiful, everything was just perfect. The villas are amazing, all the staff were so warm and helpful, the resort is amazing and the food delicious with nice variety.

I can't say enough about the incredible experience we had at Eden Roc Cap Cana. From start to finish, everything was absolutely amazing and exceeded all our expectations. The team ensured that every detail was perfect for our proposal, making it an unforgettable occasion. Special mention to Kiara Naut, our main concierge, who went above and beyond to make everything extra special. Her colleague, Alberto Francisco, also provided excellent assistance whenever Kiara wasn't available. The whole process was seamless, and their dedication truly made a difference. The drivers were incredible and very helpful. Willy, in particular, was extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. Our photographer, Javier, also provided exceptional service. He captured all our special moments during the proposal with such grace and skill, giving us beautiful memories to cherish forever. We can't wait to return to Eden Roc Cap Cana and will be telling all our friends about the phenomenal experience we had with the property and the entire staff. Great job everyone, and thanks again for making our stay so special!
