It Was excellence. Thes Best hotel for me. The food is amazin. Every thing is good.

房間新裝修！但設計不新穎！前台服務一般！餐廳在全包的裏面算不錯吧！泳池不錯👍！海景房離得有點遠！低樓層有樹擋不推薦！

This is our 4th trip to Punta Cana and our first time at Zilara, great experience, out of all the resorts we’ve stayed the best one so far. Food is great with lots of options to choose from. Staff is amazing, great energy and enthusiasm. They make you feel at home. I would just say if you are looking for lots of entertainment/party/night life this might not be the place for you. Very quiet and relaxing, just what we were looking for so it was perfect for us. Rooms are super humid and not too cold at night but that’s something we’ve experienced in every single resort we’ve been so far.

Everything was amazing! The only issue was some other guests were screaming and fighting every day we were there. We paid a lot for the junior club suite swim up but had to deal with all that noise from them and could not really use the swim up pool because they were fighting on their balcony.. Our concierge tried to handle it but could only do so much…..

At the Zilara Cap Cana, everything and everyone was excellent. Would not hesitate to go back for another vacation.

Everyone here went above and beyond for us! The property is beautiful and clean. Food is amazing. I can't wait to come back.

Upon check-out, the staff asked for my credit to pay one charge. They prinetd my receipt, provided me with a "departure" piece of paper which is useless (why do I need this?!?) othe than to provide tips to the staff when they ask for the departure paper, and then they requested a bellman come over when I only had one bag which I could easily handle. They were so focused on these details, they forgot to give me my credit card back! This angered me when I arrived at the airport to attempted to pay for something and realized I did not have the card. I called the hotel and they asked if "I" could come back to get it?!? Really, you kept my credit card but now you're asking me to come get it?!!. They said that they didn't have anyone that could drive the card to me. This is not what I would call good customer service. I also tried to provide my Hyatt number to receive points for me stay and they said they couldn't take it then and that I should call later and talk to Hyatt. C.mon, really?!?
