Beautiful place to stay, but the service in front desk is not friendly, the guys who work there don’t have a good service attitude, I got a really bad time trying to get check out lat because my flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay, definitely I think this hotel has many good things except the front desk staff

I don't want to be too negative, because in the end, my family had a wonderful Spring vacation in Punta Cana. Our room was spacious and the buffet restaurant was good with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The resort was also very accommodating to kids. However, there is construction on one side of the resort which is separated by a bamboo fence and there is sewer water running under the bamboo, causing the entire side of the resort to smell like sewer water. It was really bad. The front desk appeared to be understaffed and phone calls to them were often unanswered. During our stay the internet went out for approximately 24 hrs and the staff couldn't provide any updates or estimated time the situation would resolve. We ate 2 nights at the a-la-carte restaurants, but the service was too slow, especially with little kids, and orders ended up wrong or missing altogether. After the second disappointing night we agreed to go to the buffet each night for dinner. Fortunately, there was enough variety to keep things enjoyable there. The general consensus, in talking to other guest, was that everyone felt it was a very "affordable" resort. Given the price, I'm not overly disappointed with the experience, but we won't be returning.

Great beach! Food options were good. Sound system in main theatre needs updating AND the music was way too loud!

Great hotel with amazing facilities and restaurants choice. Love the place, however the staff at customer service could be a bit helpful and less laid back. I know we say we are on island time but my question is, should we if we are paying for a 5 star hotel? The staff mentality should match the resort level, otherwise what’s the point?

This property has potential. It is a nice area, clean property. Food was ok, nothing that stands out as really good. Incredibly noisy. I understand having music playing but when you upgrade to a swim out room and cannot sit on your patio or enjoy the pool because the music is so loud it feels like you are being repeatedly punched in the chest i think that is a bit excessive. Also, beach towels need to be updated. Some days they were ok other days they were almost thread bare like what i would use to clean up a spill on the floor. Napkins… when you have to make a reservation for a restaurant you think quality… not a flimsy paper napkin that once you pick it up it disintegrates… really expected a cloth napkin. And lastly the service. Some really attentive pleasant staff members the majority appeared to either be untrained or simply didnt care. Also hard to get the coffee /mini bar refilled in room. All in all not a bad experience but could have been so much better. Not even a welcome drink upon check in. There is potential but definitely needs work

Staff is extremely unfriendly and rude. They all act over worked and tired. The food was meh at best. Don’t recommend!

The time is limited for everting, kids club was close even when they said it was supposed to be open, the playground was also close every time I tried to go with the kids. Besides that good staff

One of the best places we have visited in Punta Cana. Very clean, safe, friendly and caring staff, awesome beach and surroundings. Keep on doing the great job you are already doing!
