Tube un problema con la reserva el peor servicio de atención por parte del recepcionista, me comentó que podría ayudarme me tenía más de dos horas esperando al gerente

Pros- The property itself was beautiful. The staff were all very engaging and helpful. The food selection was good. Coke, Sprite and Dos XX beer in the mini fridge was nice. Con - The rooms are a little run down, would benefit from a little face lift. Only 1 elevator was working for the beachfront area which made it inconvenient. The elevators are also tiny, 3-4 people max. We don't eat pork, it was frustrating when food was not labeled / hard to determine between pork/chicken/beef. Had to keep asking super busy staff what kind of meat is in the food, sometimes they didn't know.

Staff was amazing. One of our favorite vacations that we have taken. We were about 45 minutes from PV proper but was easy enough to get there a couple times during our stay. We also had some amazing excursions that took us places we probably never would have gone if we hadn’t been on the north side.

Did not like it at all. Nothing to do. Front desk not helpful at all. Had ants in the room and they would not change rooms. Phone in room did not work. Asked for king bed and received two double beds. Again they did nothing about it. Lounge bar only has a band Thursday to Saturday otherwise is dead. Beach is full of rocks. We all had cuts. Would not give us a 1 hour late check out unless we paid. Will never go back.

Property and staff are great! We stay here every year because of the staff and friendliness. Just a few minor things that could have been done differently. Example: My adult kids were booked with a baby in their room and were given a room directly under the wedding reception deck. It was so loud late into the night and the fireworks were shot off directly outside their balcony while the baby was trying to sleep. Maybe put families with babies in rooms away from the loud parties. Little considerations like that could go a long way on reviews.

Well. The best reason that I loved this property was my room! I had a view of the ocean. Front and center. I paid for this upgrade when I got there but this made all the difference in the world!

Food was lukewarm subpar Weird smell they’re pumping around Wedding was on rooftop and incredibly loud Times for food were incredibly inconsistent

They offer great things to do for the whole family. The property is well laid out with lots of choices, you can hang at the pools or go to the beach and everywhere it is very clean. We had a great week here.

First and only resort I’ve ever been to that had enough chairs. Go ahead. Sleep in. You’ll still find loungers in the shade. Also they set up chairs on the beach for you when you arrive (with optional umbrella), so always a spot available there too.
