"ひどいサービスでした。4階建ての建物なのにエレベーターは動かず、ホテルは階段を上る際のサポートも一切ありませんでした。ビュッフェは平凡で、ドリンクのスタッフも不足していました。La Bahíaレストランのサービスも最悪でした。ビュッフェなのにウェイターが不足していたため、テーブルは半分しか空いていませんでした。オールインクルーシブなのにミニバーはひどいもので、安っぽいドリンク、ソーダ、ビール数本しかなく、スナックは全くありませんでした。リゾート全体でベルボーイは2人しかいなかったので、都合よく食事中に来てもらうように頼みました。"

"I could not find Restaurante El Coral on TripAdvisor but the hotel is here. I’m reviewing my experience at the restaurant. It is the slow season so very few people here in Punta Mita. I ordered the fish fillet diable. Arrived with mixed vegetables, rice and garlic bread. All were excellent The sauce was tasted and not too spicy. Vegetables were steamed perfectly. This restaurant is reasonably priced in comparison to the remainder of the main strip."

"Restaurant was the worst we’ve been to in Mexico or the US. Ordered a margarita with no salt. It was delivered with salt and then poured into a non salt rimmed glass. Staff argued when we complained that the drink tasted of salt ( from the rim it was poured over). Food was pretty much inedible. Seared tuna was a solid chunk that could not be cut. Perhaps frozen and then overly microwaved then smothered in a thick white sauce. Other dishes were also bad which was surprising since all other local restaurants we tried were good. Very disappointing considering some reviews were good. Should have been tipped off when the place was empty."
