Four Points by Sheraton Punta Gorda Harborside

Great place to stay! In town for work and couldn’t of been happier with the staff, the food, and the cleanliness of the overall establishment. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the area

Came to Florida to visit family. Hotel is beautiful and luxurious! Every staff member was professional, helpful and welcoming. The robe was so incredible that I bought one to take home! All the accommodations were lovely and convenient. Definitely coming back next trip to Florida 🙂

I prepaid for my hotel stay 2 months in advance. Showed up and was told they overbooked and didn't have a room for me. They shuttled me over to sister property. They had no rooms available either. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RESERVATION BEFORE ARRIVING...or just don't stay here. They tried to blame ******* but ultimately the hotel is responsible. At the point they realized they were overbooked, they should have contacted me. The front desk stated this happens frequently.

Not a good stay. We picked this hotel because they had a hot tub and called to make sure it was working. It was luke warm at best and was told that it was as warm as it was going to get. Also the shower head in the room was broken.

Nice Hotel overall. Was it worth the money-- that is questionable. Perhaps if the room had a view.

Very friendly! The shuttle was not working to take to airport! Need to make other arrangements to shuttle back and forth to airport since you advertise that service

Front desk staff were wonderful. Our breakfast was great & again staff was great. What I didn’t like was that I booked a room that was supposedly mobility capable. Husband couldn’t take a shower, no bench or seat in shower. I took a shower, the shower head couldn’t be adjusted to stay in a position with out spraying water outside the shower area. Had water out by entry door. Room was very small to accommodate a person in a wheelchair & a care giver.

Front desk staff members were all kind and compassionate to help with me getting through my stay. Luis was very supportive and thoughtful of my guest needs! Plus the restaurant had nice meals which was affordable . A very gorgeous dessert plating really topped off my evening. The robe and slippers gave deluxe vibes. The pool and hot tub were so clean and fresh smelling as well. Overall it surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be back again.

The ladies that checked me in were fabulous and so kind! Also having laundry in unit was amazing and saved me this week.
