Nice, comfortable, secure place with helpful & amiable staff. Beautiful wooden ac cottages with neat bathroom and a separate sitting area with greenery and flowering plants all around. It has an extra layer of thatched roof on top that gives it a rustic village vibe too. There were no mosquitos or bugs at the time we stayed in. We felt that the lighting over the pathways could be better and also the entrance road to the place especially the wooden bridge needs to be improved upon. Rest all was great
Must: must specify ground floor for sea-facing rooms. Location: great
food: average
amenities: okay
services: poor the room rent and the services are not at all justifiable. What could be better: must: must specify ground floor rooms for sea-facing rooms. 1. Ac in the lobby even when there is no power
2. Courteous staff & clear communication
3. Pool side amenities need to be done better. (temperature controlled pool is expected by default in a hotel property)
4. Buffet is very average but good part is it does have a live counter. 5. Please in-create the spread of the buffet breakfast. 6. Please maintain hygiene too. Curtains in the bathrooms would be great as separator. Please improve upon your service and amenities to highlight the ”premium” of the niladri premium.
Pros: 1. Location - near the beach. 2. Rooms are big. 3. Staff is very helpful & polite cons: 1 restaurant is hopeless, even the complimentary breakfast stinks. 2. They need some renovation, especially the electrical points in the rooms.
I had an exceptional stay at regenta central. The staffs were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was immaculate, spacious, and luxuriously decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities too were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the sea view from my room and if anyone wants to seek a serene environment, far from crowd, you should definitely go for this one. And trust me you wont regret. What truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and made me feel valued. I highly recommend regenta central to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience and yes, i”ll definitely return! highlights which i need to mention- - cleanliness and comfort
- friendly and attentive staff
- excellent amenities
- front sea view rooms.
ゲゲストWhen booking the hotel failed to advise that the pool was closed for maintainace for the entire 3 days booking. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and paid more than we would normally pay because we wanted a pool
ゲゲストThe location is great- very close to the railway station, just in front of the beach, the Jaggannath Temple is very close, several shopping places are nearby too. The hotel rooms/ washrooms were good. We found some staff to be inhospitable but others were good. The view from the rooms was fine. The restaurant serves a variety of Bengali dishes but they are priced high with respect to the hotel standard. (This is not ITC Sonar, in case you think so.) Overall we had a good experience but were eager for better.
ゲゲストcooperative staff, very well guided by manager at the property. but face bad service by inhouse restaurant. proximity of the property with temple and beach gr8. I love to stay again.
ゲゲストthe check in process was smooth... the room was kept ready for us... the room was cosy and tidy... because it's an old property there are certain repairs that needs to be done... but the rooms do have a vintage charm... our balcony had views of the pool and sea from far... room service was prompt and food tasted good... swimming pool is well maintained and supervised constantly... there is a gate which opens directly into the beach and new marine drive road... so access to beach is easy... breakfast was a good spread and variety of options was available... overall a pleasant experience.
the only suggestion that I want to give is apart from maintainance, they can also work towards sustainable approach...the first step can be by removing plastic packaged drinking water bottles and replacing them with glass bottles and refilling them whenever required.
