ElResort hotel is one of the bests hotel in the north-western of Azerbaijan. This my family traditional holidays hotel. Its location is the most beautiful and cleanest in Azerbaijan, Gakh region. Hotel is very well maintained and managed. All family members feel comfortable and at home. Service personnel is very friendly and customer service oriented. Although the hotel had some negatives (poor lighting and needs renovation), the location and service were excellent. I especially thank Mr. Elsavar for quickly responding to our complaints and suggestions. He was very interested in everything. Mr. Mais, the restaurant staff was one of the best hotel staff I have ever seen.

Hotel met our expectations. Good location near to Ilisu village. Perfect choise for those who prefer fresh mountain air. Very good pool, restaurant, nice yard to walk. Staff is very supportive. Can be reccomended for family travellers.
