Extremely nice hotel. Everything top: food, accommodation, staff. It is now the 3rd time and it remains a top destination: tranquility, no ambient noise, beautiful bay... top! Received medical assistance due to a “diver's ear”… top guidance, even in the days after the intervention. Had no influence on the wonderful holiday. We will definitely come back for numbers 4, , 5…A diamond in the desert! Top

I was with my partner for a holiday last year and we really enjoyed our stay . Soon will be back, hopefully will be the same experience, as is our first return ever to the same hotel.

Best resort, will go again , the beach is so nice, diving is excellent, food is good, room is clean. Staff are kind. The plant and garden is so beautiful amazing. WiFi is bad in the room. Drink is good. Location is ok. Swimming pool is warm and nice. Super holiday. Top one. Like it so much.

We had the best week here only regret is not staying longer! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and wildlife everywhere. The food was superb everyday and night. The staff really can’t do enough for you, the lifeguard at the jetty even managed to get me in the sea to snorkel so I could swim with a sea turtle! There are thousands of fish, stingrays ect off the jetty but if you prefer the lagoon you can still see the fish in there. Activity wise it’s non stop if that’s what you like, the paddle boards and canoes are free and can use all day as much as you like. Windsurfing is available but you need a license or you can pay to do it there. We also did the quad bikes which was £55 for an hour and a half. You can also horse ride in the afternoon or camel ride. It’s very hot everyday so you wont need any factor under 30. Tip: Take a decent snorkel and flippers you will regret it otherwise. Tip: Take US dollar bills for tips. Tip: if you have an inflatable and don’t want to carry it to the room everyday give it to the towel hut guy and pick it up again in the morning. Tip: go the toilet before you get on the bus to the hotel as the travel is a good hour and a half (but worth it!) Will be returning in October.

We have just returned from a two week stay here. This is our first TUI magic life hotel and it has been great. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our kids were sleeping in the lounge area of our room and the blind in that room was not very good and would let the sunlight in early which would wake them up. We ended up making our own blackout blind so a better blind or curtain here would be great. The WI-FI in the rooms is a bit hit and miss as people have mentioned before but that wasn’t a big deal for us. We had a room in block 23 and we found that the noise from the amphitheater was very loud when the shows were on and became really annoying as it would go on till midnight. We found all the staff very friendly and the food was lovely. The restaurant tables did feel a bit cramped together and there wasn’t as many tables in the non smoking section which was a shame as it could be a challenge to find a table if you turned up to dinner from 7pm onwards. The evening outside seating area was nice but we found it a bit dark and some lights on the tables would be good. We only really used the pool with the slides and found all the staff here very friendly. The men selling excursions and the spa treatments did become annoying after a while as they didn’t seem to want to take no as an answer. We didn’t realise until nearly the end of our holiday that you can get a red flag from the towel station to put up and they leave you alone. It would have been helpful if this information was made clearer at the start of our holiday. The lifeguards also stopped our kids from jumping in the pool. There were no signs up to say that jumping in was not allowed and we noticed that many kids just wanted to jump in and out of the pool and kept getting told no which was a great shame. We did have a lovely stay at the hotel and our kids had a good holiday too but personally we wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Just returned from a week over the easter period at Tui magic life ,we enjoyed our stay and totally agree with other comments,the grass areas and shrubs etc are fantastic,the food was good but we did encounter some grumpy bar staff (slide pool bar) and found the waiting staff that attended the tables inside at the main restaurant not very attentive ,flies around the pool became irratating and mozzies on our room balcony meant we couldnt sit outside as we all got bit,wifi was very hit and miss !! The gym was fairly well equipped but not air conditioned so very hot,we had an enjoyable week but we will not return ...

Dear Tui Magic, We spent 14 days at your hotel. Having visited many 5-star hotels before, yours was clearly the best. Your kitchen produces incredibly delicious food of high quality and exceptional taste. The staff are all friendly, providing excellent service throughout. The entertainment for the children was truly enjoyable. However, the only downside was the shops on the premises. The small supermarkets charge excessively high prices. It feels like a rip-off when the prices are 4-5 times higher than in Denmark, one of the world's most expensive countries. For example, wet wipes, diapers, sunscreen, etc., were extremely expensive. There should be price tags to make guests feel secure about shopping there, or the hotel could manage a small supermarket/kiosk with essential items. Overall, you deserve 5 stars as a hotel. This hotel is great. It’s beautiful and has so much to do without feeling really busy. There are a lot more Germans than Brits but didn’t find ourselves at a disadvantage, the staff work so hard to be welcoming. Our Tui rep bassem was fantastic, we didn’t want to do any of the set trips as we had done them before but asked him if there was a way to swim with turtles. He arranged for us to have a private driver for the day who took us 136km through the desert to a marina to join a German trip. We got to swim with turtles and a sea cow in the wild. It was incredible and a brilliant example of how the team here go above and beyond for guests. The horse riding here is also great fun

We had a fantastic holiday overall and will certainly be back. I'll start with the only two real negatives first. The first one is the flies around the pool and beach area. This isn't an issue around the food areas and not a hygiene issue but an annoying one around the pool and beach which i feel the hotel could do more to address with sticky fly tape ...or something to reduce them. I will take sticky fly tape with me next time to sit next to me on the sun lounger. The second negative is the wifi is ok in some areas but poor or non existent in others (including our room) which i feel should be better in this day and age. The positives are that the hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel complex is large and there are lots of things to do. We tried the archery and loved it but there's much more to offer and very much to our liking. Two of the pools weren't heated so were quite chilly in march but the other two were heated and lovely to be in so a great compromise. The guests are from all different countries including Germany, Holland, Poland, Slovakia and Uk just to name a few which was good in my opinion and many of these guests had been back several times to this hotel which is a good sign.......and we will be joining that list next year hopefully. Overall a great hotel.
